Edit: the morning crew is excellent. They're always friendly and get my order correct. From lunch and later on, the crew can rot in the unemployment line. This place is an excellent use case for having negative stars as an option on Yelp. I cheer for the day robots fully replace fast food workers just to see the miserable crew of this place out of their jobs and unironically asking themselves "Why?". It's like they intentionally get orders wrong simply because they don't like their customers. I asked for a DQP with cheese and no pickle. They give me meat and ketchup on a bun with nothing else. The fries were stale. I ordered 10 nuggets and a couple sauces, they give me 6 nuggets in a 10 piece box and no sauce. They can't even give me any napkins. I start munching on the burger on my drive home and notice it's bland. I check the nuggets and they get the count wrong. I go back and tell the manager I'm pissed they keep messing up my order and he's all "You ate half the burger so I have to assume you ate the nuggets too". I then brought up the refund from the botched mobile order in the past and he's all "I'm not giving you a refund". read more

McDonald's - My lovely large fry ((: haven't ate any yet and none are left in the bag. - Fast Food Near Me - Danville, Virginia

ordered 1 item. large iced coffee with cream and sugar. not sure why this is difficult but apparently it is a challenge to the individuals working 7/8/24. It tasted so bad. I literally turned around and drove 2 miles back to get a different one made. I was polite, smiled even and before I could as for a different coffee to be made, she grabbed the coffee out of my hand and slammed her little window and did not try to hide the fact that she and the manager person were talking about me and laughing at me. After a few minutes, she opened her little window, put the new coffee through the window. I took it from her hand and she slammed the window and walked away and never said a word. karma is a biotch biotch. She will get hers. I should have known better than to try MD anything. read more

So slow 10 cars passed me. Food was ok we were just trying to get something quick but the hashbrowns were very good and every worker seemed like they were trying read more

I wish I could have given this no stars. The employees were very rude. The service was terrible. I waited a hour while people around me were getting their food. I said something to the manager and she said there was nothing that they could do that we just had to wait. We had already been waiting an hour and I only ordered one biscuit. Whoever the store manager is here needs to do better and find better employee's this place is terrible you need to do better. read more

Manager looked on app for discount for our order. And had Go Get Em attitude. So refreshing from typical McD's. A pleasant experience. Thank you! read more

It's a McDonalds. You are either loving it or you're not. McDonalds is never my first choice, but that changes when I am in a hurry. We stopped in on our way back to Richmond. This is a nice McDonalds. It is very modern inside. The staff was polite and the food was ready pretty quick which is important when you are traveling with kids and still have hours to travel. If I am ever in the neighborhood and need a quick meal I will visit them again. And remember, they reserve the right to refuse you service! read more

Somethings are just consistent. You know how some times you say, 'Lets not go to chain restaurant at that location, because this other one is way better'. McDonald's never seems to have this gift/curse. McDonald's, I salute you in your ability to standardized darn near every experience I have at your restaurants. Pros: + Good ole consistent McDonald's food... + The staff are friendly and hospitable. + The location is easy to spot, and the drive thru moves quick. + They have a TV! Cons: - The tables are not wiped more often than not. - The line inside doesn't move real fast... - For most it won't matter, but I hate that they don't hand you your receipt. Instead they put it on your tray... I nearly throw it out! - Cramped parking lot Overall, it's a run of the mill McDonald's...that sells bagged ice and biscuits... read more

I give a one star review based on which day you choose to come here. The crew that works on Sunday evening IS THE WORST! I made the mistake of coming here twice now on a Sunday night and twice I was told to park and I waited more than 20 minutes both times, and both times I had to go inside to see what was taking so long, and even then I stood there like an invisible person. This whole crew should be replaced. None of them have it together. Never will I come here anymore, sorry but you killed it for me read more

Done with place. Tried to have my order taken at the counter. The girl said I must use the touchscreen. I explained that I didn't work here and I had a bad experience with this before. She insisted that I use it. I asked her one more time will she take my order and she said that the only way I can order is use this touchscreen. Walked out and went to Subway down the street. read more

Poor service....no ice cream, no drinks and left part of order out. Will not return to this McDonalds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not a review for McDonalds. This is a review for THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALDS. Customer service wasn't bad but common sense escapes them. Ordered a happy meal as we always do for our son and they left out the fries, forgot his ketchup, no napkins. TOOK FOREVER to get through the drive through. They weren't even busy. I'll never go back. read more

Walked in. No customers at the counter. They refused to take my order. They said I must use the touch screen. While receiving help from a employee and got to part for payment. How would you like to pay? CASH. Ok sir. You must take your receipt to front counter. Oh you mean where I tried to give my order when I walked in and no customers were at the counter? Now there is 5 customers in line now due to touch screens full. Wait in line, payed, the 5 customers received their orders first. Drink machine malfunctioning. They knew about that. Shame on you McDonalds. Should've found a Luther place for lunch. read more

The drive thru isn't supposed to close until 1am. I showed up at 12:25am after a concert & went thru the line but everything was shut off while some of the workers were outside talking by the drive thru window & the other ones were inside. & these probably are the type of people who want more money for doing nothing & not even doing their job. read more

drinks have no carbonation, even the water taste bad, EVEN SPRITE. took forever too. terrible

I moved here 5 months ago. I'm a regular if I have the time. The wait in the drive through is outrageous. The best time I got leaving there was 15 minutes. Usually 29 mins in drive through!!! They're soooooooooo slow it's crazy!!!! read more

Every time I go the tea is either old or to sweet and the burgers are just slapped together and all types of messy

It's alright avoid going towards the lunch and night time. They have messed up my order manys of times. Sometimes they have a good manager working when they do it's always fixed fresh and has a free apple pie in it. If there isn't a good manager the. You just get your food fixed and maybe a apology. read more
