I went to this location out of convenience because it was open and near the place I was coming from. I get there order my food and they only spoke Spanish and couldn't communicate properly with me. I repeated my order and the guy kept saying yes yes i paid for my order and once I get to the window to pick it up I was missing some food that was clearly on my receipt and they told me I have to go back around to make and order again and they were speaking to me and about me and Spanish which is horribly rude and disrespectful. This used to be probably the best McDonald's in the city. Now it's a huge wait for cold garbage, and I'm not just basing this on one or two visits. If you're in the area and looking to grab fast food, the Taco Bell in the same shopping center is outstanding. Drive-thru staff is beyond efficient and friendly, with a sense of humor and great attitudes (especially Marlon). The food is inexpensive, portions are on point, and corporate is totally on point in terms of trying to provide healthy fast food options. Stop in and get a Veggie Fiesta Burrito for two bucks. You won't even realize you just ate vegetarian, it tastes that good. If you're after a burger or fries, there are both Arby's and Wendy's within a block. Your food will taste better, you won't have to wait forever, and the people are friendlier, although nothing beats that Taco Bell location. I'd be ashamed if I expected someone to eat the cold trash this McDonald's turns out. You have way better options close by, especially the Taco Bell in the same shopping center. read more

This review is for the McDonalds located on Carribean Blvd in Miami, FL. If I could give zero stars I would. My son was in that location and starving. I ordered him food to pick up at the counter through the McDonald's app. He was not there at the time they called the order but was there as soon as he could. The manager and worker (Lisette) were very rude to my son even though he had the order number correct. They refused to give them the food and were very rude. They only spoke Spanish and my son only speaks English. I had to call and argue. Thank goodness another worker intervened and argued with them so my son could eat. This behavior is disgusting. I paid for the food, and they refused to give it to the customer. My son's food was freezing cold, and they didn't even over to make it fresh. Worst McDonalds ever. read more

Today my experience was horrible. I wish I could say it was the first time. Do not come here because you will always, I mean always be disappointed. Ordering the large fry means nothing because they do not even fill it up halfway. Even if no one's in line they will make you pull up to wait for your food. Does not matter at what time you come here, what you order or if there's a line or not, they will take forever. The girls handling the drive thru always seem to be joking around laughing a giggling. It's nice to have fun at work but when a customer pulls up take care of them and then you can go back to your fun and games. I had to repeat my order 3 times and when she would repeat it back to me it would be wrong and I can hear laughing in the back almost like they were doing it on purpose because I could hear laughing through the speaker. February 21st @ around 12:30-1pm we waited 25 minutes for our order. Others around us were getting upset and I felt bad for the employees but the manager did something that maybe could have prevented that. She cleared the orders from the screen after taking a picture of it with her phone so that I guess it's not recorded that she has 30 minute tickets waiting. She knew what she did when she turned around to see who saw her. I worked at restaurants and I know the computers record how long it takes to get your food out but looks like they have no problem making things worse for them and everyone else, as long as corporate doesn't know what they did. They handed us melted ice cream cones and milkshakes, so that was fun too. No salt on 2/3 or the fries we ordered and the food was messy in the bag. However, there's one thing that remodelling cannot help - there isn't enough parking! Also, it seems like in one out of five visits, they get the order wrong. It's a average standard McDonalds that we stopped by in the middle of our roadtrip. It's pretty clean and fast. I can't buy McNuggets during breakfast time. And there's no McCoffee for breakfast either. But still, we had other options, so we got some biscuits with chicken and cofffee and burritos with egg and sausage and tomato inside. So pretty good. There're people needing money there, and some clients spare a burger or left some changes there, it feels as a nice community to me though. Stay away from this McDonald's in Cutler Bay. Not only staff is discourteous, this McDonald's has issues with aggressive panhandling on McDonald's property. I went to order a breakfast sandwich for dinner from their all day breakfast menu. The lady that took my order got hostile with me, telling me that it is not available for dinner despite the fact that it was indeed on the all day breakfast menu. I spoke to the manager on duty but I am not sure if any corrective action would be taken. Moreover, the McDonald's in Cutler Bay is increasingly becoming a security issue, especially when going inside to order. I have been harassed by panhandlers either wanting money or to borrow my cell phone on McDonald's property. These panhandlers get very aggressive if you do not give in to their demands. McDonald's management needs to take a stance in order to enforce their private property rights and make the restaurant a safer place to visit no matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. UPDATE: This McDonald's continues to have panhandler issues - I was obstructed and harassed by a panhandler at the restaurant entrance. Spoke to the manager and the panhandler was asked to leave the property, only to return a minute later while I was inside getting dinner for take out. McDonald's needs to seriously address the issue of panhandlers harassing customers. read more

I come to this McDonalds all the time as my office is nearby. Sometimes I don't get a warm welcome. To my surprise I got the best customer service I've ever gotten at a McDonald's. I felt like I was at a true restaurant and Chereka M was such a pleasure. As walked in checking the app for deals she asked me if I needed any help. When my order came she knew it was mine and brought it right to me with a smile. I accidentally spilled water on my whole fries she noticed it immediately from across the room, held my tray and said don't worry I'll take care of that for you, with another smile! She came back with fresh fries and offered to get me ketchup for them. It's not what she did it's how she did it, she really made me feel like I was welcomed there and a valued customer . If I could rate this "restaurant " zero star I would. I ordered a happy meal with chocolate milk for my baby and never got the chocolate milk. Also, I asked for a #4 combo, which is the traditional chicken crispy sandwich, which includes the chicken along with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. We went back to ask for the chocolate milk and also change my sandwich. When we arrived, they gave me the chocolate milk but said the sandwich had only pickled.
