When you order food from McDonald's, and get it delivered. Make sure you check, the local establishment is notorious for forgetfulness, or even if in the drive-thru, the order is missing items. I am just letting any person know to please check the bag. It can't be faulted upon delivery drivers, as the order is sealed with stickers to ensure safety. I was very impressed with McDonald's in Cushing today! I came in at lunchtime with 11 young students that all had to be under one ticket for my organization. There was only one register open, but the line moved efficiently. The workers were friendly and patient with my students as some of them ordered their own food at a restaurant for the first time. The students each received their food quickly, and everyone had the correct order. It must have been magic. There were plenty of places for them to sit, and all the tables and chairs were clean. Trash cans were emptied promptly as they were filled. Everyone did a really great job. They also had a full drive-thru to contend with. Again, it was magic. Cushing McDonald's is not my favorite. The last few times I ordered the filet-o-fish, it was painfully overcooked and it appears their sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller. (Corporate of course) A quarter pounder looks nothing like their photos. It looks more like a regular cheeseburger...flat. Very disappointed. It took so long to get my order, nearly 20 minutes, which is long for a fast food restaurant. I watched as many of the workers in the back stood around and watched a few people working. They don't put orders out in proper order either. Many people who came in after me received their orders and their order was much larger than mine. read more

It is definitely in need of renovation. The food is typical McDonalds. Employees okay. If you want McD, it is the only one in town.

This store, as a whole, is worthless. Repeatedly orders are wrong and/or staff is rude and just doesn't care. As a former restaurant manager, that is a clear management issue. For example, I specifically ordered this evening a double fish fillet meal without cheese. I guy shift supervisor at the second window asked what I had. I told him the double fish meal no cheese and a 6 piece nugget meal. Assuming he looked at the order when getting it ready I thought it was right when I left. **Side note- last time I mentioned a wrong order to this manager he did nothing** When I got home I had a single fish meal with cheese on it. I do not have the time or energy to drive back to get this fixed. Clearly, as a whole, the managers at this store do not care to train their staff correctly on entering orders, to make sure orders are right or to take care of the customers. Unless it is for another family member I am highly considering not purchasing any other food at this store for myself ever again. WORTHLESS!!!! read more

Well. one night me and my cousin stood in there for 36 minutes and then finally got our food and it was cold. so we called and told the night manager and she hung up on us which really mad us mad. and I got some McChickens and the Mayo and the lettuce were both very bad. and I'm very sick. but this time I didn't call because I wasn't gonna waste gas to go back. but the morning people do great. it's just those night people who aren't very good read more

What do you expect from fast food!? The place is filthy first off. The food tasted old. My daughters nuggets you could tell had been fried and refried her fries mushy. Not even crispy we try our hardest to stay away from fast food chains but when in a hurry who can say they don't stop by for a quick bite? I recently was told about the mc donalds app that would give me a breakfast sandwich for the price of a breakfast sandwich and with the holiday coming up I figured why not save 5 bucks and get me and the Mrs a breakfast sandwich and the baby her nuggets and be on our way. When I got to the window to pay I showed my phone for the code to be scanned, the woman said That it would not scan watching her she never tried to scan the phone just simply held the scanner up to the phone and never depressed the trigger to scan? Wanting to be sure I ask her to give me a second so that I could refresh my screen so that she could scan it I did so and watched her hand and yet again I noticed that she never pressed the trigger to scan. Her hand never tense and so I told her that there was a code that could be entered she quickly let me know that she could not enter the code cuz the screen would not allow her. But she pressed plenty of buttons while I corrected my order? This restaurant I have learned is too common of these actions they are not allowed to take the company coupons or promotions like the 5.00 20 piece nuggets here are 9.99 they also will not let you pay extra to add the " Mc Sauce" on any dollar menu item even if you offer to pay extra? I'm not loving it when I choose to indulge in a gut bomb sodium bloated makeshift of a burger I would like to have it the way I want it. (This is why I choose braums fresh burgers)But it seem these owners are set that you have it their way or the highway. Not the way of a paying customer. So good riddance I'm sure my review will be over looked and people will not care because it don't Matter to most that eat fast food daily. On the other hand those that enjoy eating good foods maybe you should stop on by one of the other burger places in Cushing that offer hand made patties and not plant packaged patties and fries.
