Been here twice now. First time was just eh. Nothing special. But this time. Oh man. First off, there is no toilet paper in the men's room. In fact, the toilet paper holder on the wall was ripped off and on the floor behind the toilet seat. Trash was overflowing and bathroom was overall disgusting. Then proceeded to order through the kiosk hoping it would go faster. Wrong. Waiting about 45 minutes for one sandwich and a drink. No ketchup in the dispenser, napkins all over the floor. It shouldn't take over 10 mins for a McDouble (w/Big Mac Sauce) and large soda order. I asked if it usually takes this long, but the person said I can always choose another McDonalds to go to. Seriously, who in their right mind thinks that this is okay? Whoever made my McDouble must have though it would be funny to literally soak the entire burger with the Big Mac Sauce. They put the sauce between each patty and on the bottom of the wrapper (outside of the burger). To top it off, they charged me for the Big Mac sauce. This has to be the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. The staff wasn't very professional, at all. I could hear what looked to be the manager complaining about another co worker and other co workers chatting about non work stuff, which is probably why they always fuck up my order or take 10 minutes to give me 1 order of FRIES! The staff messed up my order and tried to spin the blame on me and my friend and when they messed up my drink, I went inside to go redo it and of course the soda machines weren't changed, so they used their machine in the back. Waited in line forever last night, once it was our turn, the lady working drive thru was incredibly rude. My boyfriend started our order and soon as he says the first item it's "second window" in such a rude tone and basically cutting him off. He explained we wanted to order more. Then as he's ordering more she's literally saying absolutely nothing. It was just the strangest thing. I get it's midnight and you work at McDonald's, but it really was the weirdest interaction. We got food else where and drove past on the way back home, no line... saw one car at the menu and they drove forward straight past the window. Pretty sure she stopped taking orders all together. Why even be open if your employees aren't doing their job lol. I don't expect insanely good customer service through a drive thru, but I expect to be able to order at the bare minimum lol read more

This McDonald's is by far THE worst McDonald's EVER! I now drive PAST it, and drive even farther to a different McDonalds. If only I could give them ZERO stars, but they don't have that option. They are absolutely The SLOWEST drive thru!!!!!!!!EVERY single time. I finally figured out why... They are too busy visiting with one another and put coworker visiting ahead of the customers. I even sweetly mentioned it once to the manager and felt as if she could care a less. Shocking. First 3 times I waited...I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And thought perhaps they were just overloaded. I now realize it's a matter of work ethics. They are severely lacking in motivation, cheerfulness, and most especially efficiency. They truly suck in all areas : ( Most especially the manager, who is supposed to set an example (not join in with the employees while visiting/yacking/laughing/screwing off, etc.) Worse yet...their iced coffees taste nothing like I've ever tasted at any other McDonalds! Every time. I'm guessing maybe they forget to put flavor/syrup in? Or just don't bother? First time I tried was when my daughter flew here for a visit. At first we thought the creamer was spoiled. We had to park and walk in to tell them. Replacements were exactly the same. Bitter and strong with no flavor to detect. We ordered one vanilla and one hazelnut. 2nd day of her visit (and 2nd chance, mind you)...we went back only to get the same disgusting iced coffee. We drove home to add sugar and creamer to both flavored iced coffees. They still didn't taste right, so we threw them out. I seriously think they should consider secret shoppers for this location. This was my 3rd visit here. I really hate to say this, but, service seems very unorganized and a very long wait for food. I have visited 3 times, it's the worse Macdonalds I have ever been too! For the amount of people( customers) it took a long time to get our food. This has happened 3 times! This LAST time we sat waiting for our food while several orders were called out before ours. Needless to say, they deleted our order from the front line. Came here for the Stroopwafel McFlurry. Ordered 2 Stroopwafel and an Oreo McFlurry. What we received was a small layer of the flavorings at the top of each of the McFlurry items - literally - and the rest of the cup filled with just plain vanilla ice cream. No attempt to mix the ingredients. A waste of time and money. All that was required was a small amount of effort, but no effort was made. read more

Just came through the drive through. I usually have a terrible experience coming to this mcDonalds at night especially. Food is never fresh even when I specifically ask for fresh. But this time even though we waited around 20 minutes in the drive through (due to a lot of people) there was a new girl working im pretty sure her name was Carolina. Visited this location this weekend on 7/17 around early lunch time and was very disappointed in the service and lack of leadership/support to staff from the store manager. Not only was the drive thru busy, but the lobby was even busier. I waited over 25 minutes for my food and had 5 transactions waiting in front of me with several other transactions after. We couldn't even safe distant so I went outside. Food was bagged and waiting to be dispersed on the counter but the cashier was so busy he couldn't work both areas efficiently. This is where the manager should have recognized to stop helping drive thru and assist with the lobby. Then there were employees clocking out trying to engage in conversations with the overwhelmed working staff. Manager was right there but didnt acknowledge or care to mitigate the situation, just kept assisting drive thru. Manager was clueless on how long customers were waiting in the lobby. I've been in the drive through for almost 25 mins. This is the second time this has happened in 3 days. It's 9:22am so it's not like it's a lunch rush but I can only imagine what that's like. They used to be super fast in the drive through but idk what's happened. I won't be coming this McDonald's in the morning anymore Taking it down a star. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing has changed: I went through drive through and asked for an oatmeal and med. vanilla cappacino. I paid and went to the second window after I ordered and the kid in front didn't even say hello, just kind of shoved a bag towards me and said "here's the oatmeal". A simple hello goes a long way. I wait a couple more mins as they're making my coffee and hey ask me to pull to the side. I do, and wait just a couple more mins for my coffee to come out. The girl that brought it out was sweet and apologized for the wait. I drive off and on my way to work, I realize my oatmeal must have been sitting a while since it's not hot at all. So the taste is a little mushier than I would like. I'm not usually one to complain, I still eat it. I get to work and as I'm walking I want to take a sip of my cappacino since it's probably cooled enough for me to drink and I open the little lid part and realize its completely black. I pop the lid off and to my dismay I have black coffee instead of my vanilla cappacino. I'm so bummed bc there's no way I can get it fixed. I call up the McDonald's number on my receipt and Teresa offers to replace it, which was assumed, but entails me going back but I can't. I'm at work and I won't be in that area for he next couple of days. She is unable to refund my card either since "our systems don't work that way" so I'm pretty much SOL. I'm giving 4 stats because I actually love McDonald's food. It's consistent and good. However, for the manager I would recommend better staffing levels on the weekends. Last Saturday in particular, it took us about 30 minutes to go through the drive through at about 11:00 pm. Hit the window and we didn't even receive a "sorry for the delay." No problems with the food or order but I never thought the longest wait time I've ever experienced would be at McDonald's. He was so adamant and excited about trying it. I went in to order instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line. Got the food and went home. Is it that difficult to add hot water to their oatmeal? I would buy my oatmeal every morning but they seem to always take a long time to prepare it. This will be the last time I go to this McDonald's. I just went through (about 7:30 pm) I ordered a number 9 medium meal, a McRib medium meal, a single cheeseburger and a 4 piece nugget happy meal. They said the nuggets were being made and had us pull forward, no big deal. However when they bring our food out it's missing one of the medium fries. Again no biggie it was busy. Throw my mask on and head inside wait my turn let them know what my order was and say just missing a medium fry the one girl looks and me then walks over to get a medium fry passes by I'm assuming her manager, who she tells she is getting a fry I was missing and the manager responds loud enough for me to hear "next time ask for a receipt because they didn't order fries." Well when she came back over I again repeated what our order was because it's not like I'm trying to scam a stupid medium fry that's insulting and she was the SAME girl who brought my order out to the car so she shop have seen we had one order of fries. She then gives attitude and says well then can I see your receipt then. I said yup sure put the bag she had just handed me BACK on the counter and walked out to the car to grab my receipt. Bring it back in along with my ENTIRE ORDER, receipt CLEARLY SHOWS 2 meals and they just looked at me and I said it was only missing a fry, and she whipped back with well it's in this bag. I said yes and I appreciate that I just hear what your manager said that we didn't order fries and to check our receipt and I wanted to show I wasn't trying to scam a dang medium fry like come on and they just stared at me after I said that so I walked out upset with my food.
