Well here we are again. Different location same terrible service. now i am a mcdonald's connoisseur and i eat here probably every day but today was different... today i went to this mcdonald's and when got my food i was greeted with gooey mcnuggets and a coke so sweet it could kill a horse named sugar. my entire meal was nasty and gooey and yucky. i did not enjoy myself while eating this meal. and to top it off i spilled my fries on the floor. now this isn't their fault but im blaming them. this was a horrendous series of events. ronald this is all your fault so you better sleep with one eye open tonight and a nugg in your mouth. talan out. read more

Ordered 10/22 around 7:45. Got home and half the order was missing or wrong. Big Mac meal missing fries 10 pcs nugget meal missing fries CB happy meal very cold fries CB happy meal complete 6 pcs nugget happy meal missing the nuggets!! $38 for a screwed up order. Do better. read more

I pulled through the drive through and asked for a Large Dr Pepper, Large fry, and and a Mc Chicken she said it would be $7.85. I got to the first window and gave the girl at the first window a $10 she gave me my chance back and I put it in my pocket without looking at it. I got to the second window and sat there for two minutes before she opened it and handed me a cone. I told her that I didn't order that she asked me what I had and I told her she shut the window and after 3 more minutes of waiting she opened the window and asked me to pull forward. Mind you it's been at least 6 minutes since I ordered so it's definitely made in the back. So I declined her request and told her my order should have been made already she then said with attitude that I paid for a cone not a Mc Chicken that's when I flexed on her and told her and I quote "I'm not broke I got money I can pay for my food why would I lie about food. anyways it's shit don't go there John Snowberger fix your Shi. read more

They forgot both fries that we ordered and a whole patty on my big mac. We were the only people there, and we ordered on the app ahead of time. Our order wasn't ready when we got there (we left the house about 5 mins after we ordered). Customer service was terrible, and the number to the restaurant does not work. read more

Puke food. Returned the order. Fries were brown and tasted absolutely nasty. Fries and chicken tenders must have been cooked in an old vat of grease. Brown and horrible flavor. Absolutely the WORST McDonalds eaten in any country. I sent a complaint to the McDonalds main headquarters. read more

We work close to this McDonald's so it's usually our go to for lunch most days. Every time we're here, the food and service is on top of it and they always get our food out fresh and fast! Today one of their employees, Marissa, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Being someone who worked in food for years, I know that mistakes/accidents happen from time to time and there isn't much you can do about it but handle it the best you can. When I brought our issue up to Marissa, I let her know it was okay and that I'd just like a small cup for a sprite and she apologized and gave me a cup but then surprised me with a refund that I didn't ask for. THIS is QUALITY customer service! I'm so grateful for her kindness and how much she cared. She's awesome!!! Thank you guys! This is the BEST McDonald's in town. read more

I was the first and ONLY person in drive thru line. No-one took my order but the second line grew.. had three cars ordering before anyone took my order..that was a fifteen minute wait another fifteen just to get my order- 4 icecream 4 orders of cookies taken. I was told it would take a couple of minutes for the cookies. It took another 20 minutes for the cookies! R u counting? Over 45 minutes for cookies and melted icecream. I was livid...bcause i had to go into McDonalds to get the cookies. This place is awful. Cause its not the first time. Customer service is lacking as is manners. Pros: close to Clovis Community College, right hand side west bound off US 60/Mabry drive Cons: small, no playground. Rude crew. I am not sure of the positions or what "rank" system they use, but whatever "girl-wearing-ugly-scarf" is, this rank of employee decided to hassle me over 60 something cents. Very simple orders that are not listed by number on the menu seem to confuse these people. Being a quick stop before heading to Amarillo from Clovis makes this a necessary evil. read more

We eat at McDonald's on rare occasions but are traveling though and needed a quick breakfast. Food was standard fare, but the service was AMAZING. Seriously the sweetest staff. Gentlemen next to us had refills of coffee brought to them without asking, extra condiments brought quickly on request, and we accidentally threw the lid away to our coffee mug. I like the kiosks. I like being able to make my own decisions about the way my burger is made, and what goes on it, and with it.

This McDonalds was awful. The bun on my burger was hard and there was something hard that I bit into so I did not eat the rest. The fries were all I ate. They even screwed up the chocolate shake. I have never been a fan of Micky Ds and now I know why. read more

This location is less than 1/2 mile from where I live and it's extremely slow .. no matter what time of the day you go, it drags . I rather drive to the Prince location for my coffee and oatmeal. I don't know what the problem is but it hasn't changed from the last time I was there in January 2012. This is BY FAR the very WORST McDonalds I have EVER been to. Where do I start. We stopped here on our way home to Lubbock TX after being in the car for several hours. We decided to stop here instead of Dairy Queen thinking that this would be much more comfortable as we were traveling with 2 children, a toddler and an infant. Oh how I wish now we would have stopped anywhere but here. First off, there was no changing station in the bathroom, this was the main reason we stopped with having 2 kids in diapers, and I have never seen a McDonalds without one. Second of all, I ordered a burger, took 2 bites and noticed it tasted funny, I looked and saw that the burger patty was so raw that it had actually soaked the bottom bun and it was blood red. Third thing, it was 40 degrees outside and inside of the restaurant it was so cold we had to go get an extra blanket out of the car!!!! and we weren't the only customers who thought it was freezing, 4 other customers mentioned it. and last but I'm sure not least, the table we had sat down at was covered in spots of dried ketchup and there was trash on the seat. this was not the only table in that condition.
