This might be the slowest McDs on the face of the earth. The food is standard McDs. The service is completely deplorable. Find another spot for your fast food. read more

This place is a shit show. No management, worker at counter was on their personal phone, workers just walking to the back getting pop for them selves. And you wanna know why I know this? Cause I had to come in! Cause they messed up and gave me someone else's order. Then only gives me half my order so I had to say something AGAIN So annoying read more

rude and lazy workers. i get its fast food its not supposed to be a 5 star restaurant or anything but the workers seriously suck. they have me pay for my frappe at the first window. then at the second window they say they're not doing frappes right now because they don't feel like it and being very rude when they're the ones being difficult. then they tell me to get my refund i'll have to call a number and it will take a couple days to go through. like you're really that lazy you can't make a frappe ? there's a reason these people work at mcdonald's. bunch of losers. read more

I don't expect good service at any mcdonalds. this place took bad service to a new level. 45 minutes for food to come out after asking 3 times, the food was cold, then an extra 10 minutes to get one soft drink. asked 2 times for the drink then decided to yell into the kitchen for the sweet tea. don't come here. read more

Management and staff at this place need to be fired. They do not even deserve $5 an hr. This place enrages me and makes my blood boil. Incompetence seems to run rampant here. McDonald's in Clinton needs to add a 3rd drive through window where you can return your order because it is always wrong. I simply refuse to eat here anymore. This place will screw up your order up while making you wait 20 mins in the drive through, if they even take your order because they always seem to be "not taking orders at the moment". Which is unusual for a place that is open late and thrives on a late night crowd also. Whomever owns and runs this "restaurant" shame on you. May god have mercy on your soul. read more

Yes, it is a fast food place. But McD usually has a code of conduct that they put all their management through, except for this place. Service was bad. There are 14 people working behind the counter and they are all talking very loudly and ignoring customers. I would have complained but the manager was the one who waited on me. Argh! read more

Your order will never be right and the tea will always be bad. Dirty and unfriendly. Every time I convince myself to go here I drive away thinking, "You knew better." read more

Your Quarter Pounder with Long Wait and Extra Attitude is ready. Placed my order online using the McDonalds app beforehand. Checked in upon arrival at the mobile reserved spot. Business was light, with only a few customers inside and two cars at the drive-thru. Fifteen minute wait and no food. I walked inside to see if there was a problem. I had to wait in line for a few minutes since employees were standing about and only one was helping customers. When I got to the front of the line, an employee walked around the counter and toward the front door holding a bag. I asked her if that was the online order. It was. She handed it to me and started to walk away. I asked where the drink was. She walked behind the counter again and handed me an empty cup. Really? I had to go to the self serve drink station and get my own drink. The ice maker was empty. The coke .. wasn't. Not sure what it tasted like but maybe a whole new flavor cola drink? Not a fan. I won't stop at this location again, and you might consider other options as well if you are in the area. read more

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. It was the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever step foot in. Not just a MCD I mean restaurant. The restrooms smell so bad. No toilet paper. There were fly traps inside the restaurant. Flys all over the restaurant. Tables were filthy and floors were also in desperate need of cleaning. I was disgusted waited for my sons happy meal just to realize they didn't do it right nor the drink. I was so disgusted I couldn't let him eat it. Stay away from this place they really need a health inspector ASAP. read more

Don't. Just don't even! I live in Clinton and won't go back. My Sunday morning experience: drive-thru line wrapped around and into the frontage road. I go inside and am 6th in line with one staff taking orders, but frequently away from counter. Lots of staff, all moving slowly, looking at line without a care. Finally another staff opens a 2nd line. 4 minutes after arriving I'm greeted coldly. I wait 8 minutes for my order. I get back in line and request a refund. "Oh, your order is back here!" But they'd never called my number, and the bag, when they'd announced it, wasn't complete, so I'd assumed it wasn't mine. I insisted on a refund. Was given a refund without any sort of apology. Even slow service could be tolerated if accompanied by a smile, a thank you, and an apology. read more

I wouldn't even give this location a one star, the customer service was horrible. We stood at the counter for a long time before someone came to help us while they all saw us and avoided eye contact and when they actually did help us all they said was "what's wrong". When they were directly spoken to they ignored us and kept walking. It also stinks like burnt oil. If you truly want McDonald's, find another one. They are taking 10 minutes to give us one fry.. I'm never coming back read more

Sloooooooooooooooow. Rude. People don't care. Been to some bad McD's, but this may be the worst.

would never recommend this place ever. they dont got to worry about me coming back. First of all the employees didn't know how to read a coupon. read more

Typical McDonald's food; Decent service; Needs updating and/or repairing in a lot of places. Overall, it's fair.

It's McDonald and if that's not a turn away idk what's wrong with you. Plus the service at the one in clinton just drives me away faster.

Ice cream machine never works and they hardly ever get the order right.. One time I even got a raw burger..

Check your cup before you fill it up here!!! We ordered inside and were given cups that were wet all on the inside and outside. One cup even was BROWN on the inside. Workers were rude when we asked for our money back Bc of all the nasty juice inside our "unused" cups. I feel like they use their PLASTIC cups then wash and reuse. EW. Go somewhere else where they will at least be polite. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION read more

One of the worst experiences at McDonalds! McDonalds, it has become a place you can usually rely on getting some ok food at an ok price. When you're on vacation and driving long distances you can usually find a McDonalds and expect to grab a quick bite and be back on the road without too much trouble. I guess we found one of the worst McDonalds and were unlucky enough to be hungry at the time. We pulled up to the drive thru menu board and ordered a big mac meal and some chicken nuggets, dr pepper to drink and med size the fries. Just a simple meal that isn't hard to prepare and usually tastes ok and keeps us full until it's time for our next meal. I'm not sure if the employees just don't care or the management doesn't really care or what's going on at this McDonalds but this place serves the worst food ever! We pulled up to the drive thru window and as we were handed our drinks the drive thru employee told us their ice machine was broken so the drinks were warm. What? You are just now telling us this after we took the time to wait in line, took the time to order our entire meal with special request, go thru the pay window and after all of that you just now tell me that my drink is going to be warm!! What a complete waste of my time! I took the drink in the hopes I could salvage this meal and maybe stop by a gas station to get some ice but that never happened, those drinks were quickly thrown into the nearest gas station trash can. I grabbed my food and drove away, irritated that they waited until I got to the last window to tell me about the drinks. As we were driving I reached into the bag and pulled out the chicken nuggets. My hope was they cooked these like other McDonalds and that at least this would save the day since it's a simple item and easy to cook. Nope, they found a way to screw up chicken nuggets. They were rubbery and tasted like they had been there since yesterday, the temperature was medium, not even hot and the taste was actually kind of weird. My last hope was my big mac. I should have just thrown all of it in the same trash can as the warm sodas. The big mac tasted just as bad as the chicken nuggets. Never again! This place has kept me from going to any other McDonalds since all I can think about is the horrible experience I had. I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat McDonalds again. read more

The Worse McDonald's! Every Time I Go There, They Burn Your Bread On Every Sandwich, Fries Are Always Cold, After You Ask For Fresh Ones, The Managers Are All So Unprofessional, It's a Sad Restaurant! But We Keep Them in Business, Knowing We Need To Let Them Know Time Out On Bad Cold Fast Food!! read more

I'M SORRY...that I chose this McDonald's ...I counted 12 heads in the preparation area... All of the same race... They all had long hair hanging about their face or shoulders... None wore a hair net...I did not see anyone with rubber/sanitary gloves as they prepared the food....I ordered a Big Mac that had to be prepared by an untrained worker...also a quarter pounder and French fries that was acceptable... Also (2) two sundaes.... They made the sundaes first and they sat on the counter while the rest of the order was prepared...the sundaes became drinkable milkshakes while waiting for the burgers and fries......I'm sure all McDonald's are not the same.... But this one should receive no stars and a review by upper McDonald's management is warranted..... Oh golly...I THINK I'M GOING TO BE SICK... read more

Terrible got my order wrong and I had to comeback for my order because they missed stuff. Food is terrible employees are terrible. They just don't give af. read more

One of the worst experiences at a McDonald's ever!! Went on the drive thru and ordered 2 salads. Simple right?? Girl comes to the window and tells us to pull up because the people in the back had attitude and didn't want to make a salad. We said "No. give me a refund". She then asked what kind of salad did we order. No thanks! Won't go back. Only gave one star because it won't let me put a big zero! read more

Is there a way to give zero stars? I am a creature of habit. I visit Clinton, MS every month for my job. When I travel, I often eat breakfast at McDonald's. For the past three months, I have attempted the apparently impossible at the McDonald's in Clinton. All I want is a McGriddle meal (#10) with a coffee. Does that sound hard? Well, apparently it must be. I have failed three times, for various reasons, all pertaining to staff being absolutely, positively, definitely the stupidest things to inhabit the surface of the Earth. Ever. In all of time. Nothing has ever been stupider. Except maybe rocks. Maybe.......not. Do not stop here. Just don't do it. It doesn't matter how hungry you are. Just don't do it. You've been warned. In the meantime, I will continue my quest for a #10 meal with a small coffee elsewhere. read more

One of the worst McDonalds I've ever eaten in! Went inside because the drive-thru line was so long. Wait staff were surly, rude, and slow. Patrons were universally pissed off and freely volunteered their disgust with the place. Some staff were sitting around drinking sodas. Never saw anyone who looked like a manager. Only one working was the janitor. Needs a serious shake up by corporate! read more

Possibly the worst Mcdonald's in the Jackson-Metro area! The staff is always acting childish, and your order will be correct about 30% of the time! read more

The..Absolute..Slowest..Service..Ever! Doesn't matter what time you come. You'll wait a minimum of 20 mins in the line.

Pitiful customer service and frankly, outback brings out your order quicker. The restroom left a little to be desired but the dining area was clean. Overall it seemed to me that the employees don't really care about their jobs read more

Your average McDonald's but the joke here is they give you a ticket and number with your order but rarely call out the number. Really confusing on a busy day!! What a joke in management and efficiency! read more

Slow and the food was terrible. Biscuits are kind of tough. Sweet tea is instant and has lemon mixed in. I swear it's just lemonade with tea mixed in. Even the CocaCola out of the drink machine tasted horrible. How do you mess that up? Avoid this place. read more

An amazing, special place. They actually ran out of beef patties. At least I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to find that out.

Went for breakfast and was very disappointed. The eggs had a hard surface, soft underneath that and warm. Biscuits were hard. Hash browns extra greasy. Service very slow. No condiments available on the counter and when given our order did not ask if we needed anything(salt/pepper, jelly). Would have asked her for them if we had known there were none over on counter where the straws, napkins were. read more

Never knows what I order when I get to the second window- they always ask me what I ordered lol. Every time I've been told to wait in an online order spot, no one came out to actually give me my food. I had to walk in and ask for it both times because they seemed to have forgotten about me and my food. I don't expect much from a McDonald's in a random small town but this one doesn't even do the bare minimum. read more

Eh, I'm not lovin' it. The service is always slow here, and that causes backups inside, and at the drive-thru.

If I could give zero stars, I would! If you're just passing through, do not go here! Soooo many things went wrong & the staff was horrible. I am just gonna make it easy on you & say, DO NOT GO HERE. I understand it's Mc Donald's, but honestly I cannot tell you enough, don't do it. read more
