I work at a different McDonalds and am aware about a time period called peak. This is a time period (8-10, 11-2, 5-7) in which the staff focuses all of their efforts into having the fastest times (I don't know if this is only at corporate owned mcdonalds, but anyway.) I'm fine with fast times, but what I'm not fine with is when the service staff disregards the customers in order to receive good times. The three times I went through the drive through in the morning, the back window worker, Melonie, has fucked up my order somehow. Today especially, I gave her a code for a "buy one breakfast sandwich, get one for $1." She put in the code, but failed to mention that the two sandwiches I ordered didn't activate my deal, instead she added another random sandwich I didn't ask for, and promo'ed it off to make it free. Sure I got a free sandwich, but girl I don't wanna free sandwich, I wanna the two I ordered, one being $1. Could've easily been solved with a little transparency and taking a step back to solve the problem, but instead Melonie put her times over the customer and hacked together a tacky solution. That goes with failing to mention how she has the attitude of someone who someone who hates their job. The person who actually handed out my food, while also focusing on times by just giving me my food and closing the window, at least had a smile on her face. The food has always been forgivable, and the ambiance is actually great (I've walked in on someone mopping the floor before so big plus.) but this one person in the back drive thru pisses me off so much that this is a two star restaurant. read more

Always out of the spicy nuggets. Haven't had the wcdonalds sauce for three weeks. Poor managerial and product ordering at this place. Half the menu isn't available after 12 am. What the actual heck? absolutely terrible; I've written about the problems before; the drive thru orders are always messed with. The owner promised things would improve. Last week used the drive thru; my big mac had one beef patty, most of my fries were missing. This week's order was a disaster. The advertised Crispy Chicken sandwich was stripped of all toppings and cooked to a hockey puck on a burnt bun. Jut threw it away. At this point I must assume its a prankster in the midst, because is near impossible to screw up McDonalds food. If you ever worked in one, you know this is true. Just drove 9 miles in the rain to order dinner for grandkids. Ordered 2 McChicken, large fries and a sweet tea. 4A chicken sandwich combo with sweet tea. 2B quarter pounder with cheese/bacon combo and a coke. Around $26. Get home, the McChickens and the fries are the only correct items. There are 2 bare naked chicken sandwiches and no quarter pounder as ordered. Can't call because it says the # is no longer in service. No straws either and no napkins. You bet I'm going to go sometime soon and talk to a manager! read more

Great customer service, along with great speed in getting the food out to the customers

I hate to say it but it appears things are getting worse over time. There have been spots of excellence but not consistency. Last night was really bad. I did a mobile order. (This is a source of continued frustration as they list curbside but dont have it...) Upon going inside I was never recognized. The workers had a long conversation with two friends (high schoolers) about there travel that day to a volleyball game. Never a eye look or even head nod my way. All the front end workers were just milling around and moving so very slow. No hats. No hair cover. Large poofy hair everywhere. So scary!!!! Eeeekkk! The fry machine was going off nearly the whole time. The drivethrough was wrapped. The only people who you could visibly see moving were the two young men behind the service area making the food. I finally get my food, only because the worker said the number. I had to ask for my drink cups and had to tell them what I ordered. Wow. Then the fries were literally have full and cold!!! Some were still "cold" crisp inside. The nuggets were the same way. So disappointing. I have tried numerous times to call and no answer!!!!! read more

Where do I start? The first drive thru machine is always broken, they park you to the side and every other car for a basic order of coffee and a sandwich, wait times are up to 10 minutes at times, and the best part!!!!...I found a massive pubic hair in my coffee this morning! That was my final visit to this horrible place. Not to mention the early morning drive thru worker likes to curse in front of the customers and appears to genuinely hate life. What upset me was that the cashier just handed my change back (various bills) in a pile then looked at me funny when I counted it out loud. If you use a Kiosk to order food, don't worry, they'll still find a way to screw up your order. 3 useless bodies standing behind the counter on their phones with customers in the lobby and a pileup in the drive thru. Disgusting food, raw bacon, old stale gross fries topped off with unfriendly and inattentive employees. A lot has changed since I worked for Mickey D's in the 90s. Corporate should come in and fire everyone and start over from scratch but it's probably a foreigner owned franchisee who doesn't care one bit about customer satisfaction. read more

Went through the drive-thru, tried to order the Big Mac special they had advertised on the menu board; the guy told me they didn't have it anymore, so I ordered 2 big mac meals and a 20 pc nugget. Took a while for the kid to get my order straight, when I get the food, I asked if i could get some sauce for the nuggets. the kid hands me two of them, I asked if I could have another one, the kid said "no", I said I can only get 2 sauces with a 20 pc nugget, he says since i didn't order the sauce when I placed the order, he could only give me 2. I explained that the guy was having problems getting my order straight and had me pull around, but he still wouldn't give me anymore. What a croc! No more of this McDonald's for us, we'll go to the one in Harrah. read more

McDonald's food is McDonalds food so not a lot to review on that. EVERY time I go in this location, it is FREEZING in there, especially during the warmer weather. I'm convinced that they purposefully keep it around 60 degrees to keep customers from eating inside. Customer service is so so. They have a bunch of teens working there most of the time who are only there for a paycheck. Don't expect any hello's or thank you's. At least they've never messed up my FOOD order. They did give me Dr Pepper instead of Coke... 3 TIMES, same visit (drive through). Thankfully, we tasted the soda before pulling away. read more

I had great customer service at this location. This review is regarding the quality of food. I haven't had MCD's breakfast in quite a while and it was completely different in quality than before. The biscuits are different. They were hard, I remember them being bigger and buttery, use to be my fav breakfast biscuit. The hash browns were raw. Overall the food was no good.
