This is the local McDonalds in chester sc. My usual order for breakfast is the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit can be dry sometimes but if it isnt then its pretty good with a hashbrown. My usual order from lunch is maybe some chicken nuggets and fries. The fries are fresh and great but the chicken nuggets arent better than a walmart frozen bag of chicken nuggets. The bathrooms have tissue on the floor everytime i go in there. the lobby is average though. My overall rating is a 2/3 star to be honest. read more

I go to Mcdonalds two times a week i get my wife a large decaf coffee with her meal.On 6/26/2026 i got my wife a no.4 meal and a large decaf coffee and they gave her a regular coffee and for medical reasons she can not drink regular coffee.This the second time this has happened i tell them when i order and when i pay and when i pick the order up is this decaf and they said yes.We can tell the coffee is regular because she shakes because of caffine in the regular coffee.Because of that we will not eat a the Chester mcdonalds read more

I giving this a 2 stars because it's mid in my opinion. First of all there cheeseburgers taste like a mid burger. The boy wanted a quarter pounder with cheese. I ordered the combo for him. He likes meat, cheese, and bread. I got Big Mac no pickle. Drive off and 5 minutes down the road he has quarter pounder with meat and bread. I say sorry!!!! Mind you there was NO ONE in drive-thru line. I get my Big Mac....meat and bread....no lettuce, onions , cheese, or magic sauce. Words cannot describe how ticked off I am....again....no one in line. The most ghetto McDonalds on the planet!!!! Anytime after 12am, you will be TOLD what you can have by a gruff and bitter person. I went there tonight and was told "I can't serve." Ana I asked why and got mad attitude as if I was the reason every employee walked out.. I am not one to post poor reviews but I am unable to find contact information for the franchise owner of this specific McDonald's. With that said here it goes. Walked into the restaurant and was never greeted. Employees watched us stand at the counter but no one bothered to greet us let alone take our order. While we waited we watched a Male employee block a female employee's way and threaten to punch her (nothing else happened).After about 4 or 5 minutes waiting a "lady" came to the counter and with great effort managed to say "how y'all doing?" We greeted her and proceeded to order only to be told there were no muffins for egg mcmuffins or orange juice (9:10 am). We said thank you and left. 25 minutes to get a basic, simple double cheeseburger. Even the staff could not understand why it took so long. Never got reciept for the purchase and they had pie special i never received. The food here took forever to receive and I also never got a receipt for my order. Also the restroom was beyond filthy. I felt like I was gonna receive a disease just to was my hands. Piss was all in the floor and the toilet was clogged. Worst bathroom I've ever seen. I've seen better restrooms at beach parks where homeless live.. This place isn't about the restrooms however cleanliness is a big deal to me. Makes me feel like the kitchen would be as disgusting as the restroom. I avoid this McDonald's as much as possible. But my son & his family came for a surprise Birthday/Mother's Day visit, and they arrived hungry and wanted something quick. It seemed very chaotic behind the counter. We stood waiting at the register for about 4 or 5 minutes before anyone came to take our order, which, when it arrived was missing two items.
