A little gem in small town Chesaning. The staff is always very kind, the orders always perfect, and the food is always fresh. Inside does have self ordering stations but staff is around to take orders directly, if preferred. I'm only deducting a star because like EVERY other McDonalds, they will nickel and dime you for everythinggg. (Think extra sauce for your nuggies, extra syrup for coffee, etc.) Worth the stop if you need some eats & and a clean bathroom! read more

Only reason we come here is for the Playland. I don't like how I cant get my own drinks,ketchup or even napkins. I have to bug the cashier and they barely wanna give you any. The thing I hate the most is the chairs slide all over on the ground in the play area and they make the worst sound(nails on chalkboard) you can't even move without it making that terrible noise. Plus there isn't any comfortable seats anymore,hard benches,hard chairs and stool looking ones. Definitely not comfortable for us parents with bad backs. Plus my nuggets were not fresh!! read more

Anytime you go through the drive-through there can be nobody in line and they will have you pull a hat or go park and reserve parking and then bring you. Your food gets annoying. read more

We drove through the line and got the whole family of 5 meals. 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals. We pulled over to eat the meals in the parking lot and while eating my daughter (who is horrible afraid and disgusted by bugs) finds a dead fly in her fries My fiancé takes it back and instead of him being able to talk to the manager she just gave the fries to some attendant and walked way. How very rude.. why would we want more fries that had a dead fly in them?? How did they not see that there was a dead fly in either the bag or the fry's. Either way I was not having that and had him pull back around to get a refund for the happy meal. We should of asked for a refund on all of our fries. She wasn't very accommodating. Went to McDonalds tonight after getting back into town from a long trip. When we got in line we were up to the first window and as a pregnant women some smells really bother me so i coughed and almost gagged we go to the second window and they asked us to pull forward so we did when we pulled forward we were there for a minute until 2 workers came out the one didn't say anything but the other one who i take was the supervisor walked up and said we supposedly called one of her workers a "bitch" we denied. She continued on to say how she could ban us from that McDonalds for what being pregnant and some smells not agreeing to my stomach? Then she handed us our food saying it was good the food was cold like all they had us pull up for was to yell at me for coughing and almost gagging. read more

It's McDonald's, so you've got a good idea about the food already. This is a newer location, and even my husband commented about how nice it was built and how good the design of the bathroom was (lol). This location has 2 self-serve kiosks, but also has regular counter service as well. The staff was super friendly and our order was out very quick. We didn't have the kids with us, but they did have a really nice play area as well. Best part, the ice cream machine was not broken, nor down for service. read more

This review is for the bathroom. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, it was not super busy but definitely had a few families eating and more people standing in line. I do not like to stop to just use the restroom of an establishment but i did this time. It was the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a McDonald's and probably one of the cleanest I have seen in any place I have dined. Next time I am through there I will not hesitate to get food and maybe use the restroom again lol. read more

Hey guys, you're real good and your employees? Even better. But dude, like why does it always smell like sewage and feces every time I come to your establishment.? Again, this is not the employee's fault... this is just the general smell of the location, the district managers need to come down and like, Febreze the entire outside. Other than that, you're pretty good and you never gave me food poisoning like the Taco Bell in Owosso so I guess that works in my book. But seriously you stink. read more

This Mcdonalds is spot on when it comes to there food and most importantly there customer service. My wife and I both work 3rd shift and its nice to be able to just go through the drive thru to get a morning breakfast after coming home from work rather then having to cook and make a mess before we go to bed. Your accuracy in getting an order correct is rock bottom. We ordered a blueberry muffin and coffee, and a fish sandwich. We also asked for salt and pepper. The order was delivered without the coffee, no salt and pepper and no fork/knife. Burger King is just down the road but unfortunately they are not any better. SAD. Fred P read more

Never had a complaint about this place until today!! We had a fire in our kitchen. So i couldn't cook breakfast. So we came to McDonald's. My husband, youngest son and i sat at one table, my older 2 daughters and neice say at another. The girls finished eating and cleaned up the table. Then we allowed them to go play. A older man came in and ordered his breakfast, then complained about the table having a sticky spot. He said apparently someone had pancakes and just ate them on the table. (He couldnt have been more wrong she is 9 and used the tray!)) then the manager came over to wipe the table down. Apparently she didnt know the kids were with us and she said " yeah some kid probably done it, not being watched by parents." I abruptly snapped and told her they were being watched however they are kids and kids make messes sometimes. They attempted to clean off the table with water from the fountain machine. However wiping down tables is not the job of the children its hers staffs job. All that went through my head was wow what a......... A complaint to McDonald's will be made. Absolutely disgusting! I had several hairs in my fries, black hair too. My orange fanta soda had wayyyy to much ice in it, I could barely taste it. Either way, it's probably for the best since they got rid of Hi-C Orange. My McNuggets were not cooked all the way. The chicken was mushy and red, plus there was no breading on them. Thanks to their terrible cooking, my family and I got food poisoning for 3 days. read more
