5 stars for a McDonald's review? Absolutely!! This McDonald's is my local one and always is on point. Unlike some other fast food spots, the workers aren't sitting around talking to each other or in their phones. They're prompt, kind, and respectful. I prefer to use the drive-thru but it's pretty quiet inside when I do go. I do like the automated kiosk to take orders and to keep things more efficient. The food is always hot and fresh. I would choose this location over other locations any day! read more

Horrible. Entire order was incorrect. We ordered uber eats cause we are staying at a hotel and had a really long day. We ordered two meals with some sauces and a Diet Coke. They gave us a sweet tea no Diet Coke. None of our sauces we ordered were there. And the food was extremely mid. I know McDonald's isn't amazing in the first place but damn the ticket literally had all our items on it ON THE BAG and nothing was correct. Imagine getting off work and wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. In my case, I waited in line for 45 minutes just to be rudely told "only DoorDash and mobile orders". Okay, fine... I put in a mobile order and had to wait 20 more minutes. Finally got my food and it was ice cold. Service is horrible. This McDonalds was pretty disappointing. Came here with four friends and ordered all on the same tab to make things easier for the drive thru. As we were ordering the person at the window was huffing throughout our order. When we got our order, we were missing a lot of our food. It was pretty disappointing because we were expecting enough to keep us satisfied. We wanted to go back through to get the rest of our food but the line was so long and going so slow so it did not seem worth it. read more

I happen to like McDonalds, but I received a raw hamburger from one of those restaurants, specifically the East Main Street one. I had to get it returned and got a new burger, so that problem was solved. Despite that incident, I still enjoy their food and will for years to come. Always great breakfast food and delicious sandwiches. Imagine getting a coffee from this place - always a good way to start the day. I like this place. read more

Saw an employee cleaning the outside of the glass door when I pulled up, only to find the door was locked on both sides of the building. Horrendous. They regularly hand orders over that are unfilled and/or missing items. The food is often cold/under/over prepared. Half of the staff is more concerned about their own conversations than helping customer orders. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to (hence, the warrant for writing this review). I hate to admit that I made a late night stop for a McDouble (no pickle) since the food is obvi TERRIBLE for my diet, but the service was so incredibly great that I feel obligated to say something! From the point that the gal got on to take my order to me paying for it at the first window and then picking it up at the second window, everyone truly exceeded my expectation for a McDonald's encounter. The staff used words like, "absolutely," "my pleasure," "no problem," and just truly spoke with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. And I don't personally make that many Mickey D's runs, and I have never been to this location, but if this is the new standard, I think Chick-fil-A better watch out! LOL. Everything came out fast, piping hot and exactly how I ordered it. I know this is kind of comical, but I am 100% pleased with this McDonald's location encounter! read more

The 2 beautiful ladies that worked the windows tonight (11/2 1:00am) are absolutely wonderful. I pass multiple McDonald's on the way home from work, but I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. I've experienced them both multiple times and have been so moved by how wonderful they are. Honestly, all of the people working tonight are so pleasant. Hands down the slowest McDonalds around. I don't expect much from this place, but the service and wait times are unreal.

The worst service i've ever had, I was trying to use a mobile app discount and the empolee just told me she couldnt use my code without an expiation and said they don't control the app. I then asked if a manger was able to do anything and she looks at me and scuffs then proceeds to walk away saying "this lady is being difficult". Once the manger got there i then explained how i thought it was rude of the employee to say that when i can hear and continued to explain how i was just trying to get my code to work. she then proceeded to give me very little information, so I just went ahead and paid for it. When i got to the second window the employee handed me money with no explanation then said "i think the mangers giving you a refund" i said okay but where my food, the employee went and asked the manger and came back to me to tell me they wasnt serving me. I then asked why the manger didn't come explain that to me, and he had no explanation then a different employee came up and explained how the manger refuses to serve me because i was "rude" i defiantly will not be coming back to this mcdonald's, after such poor customer service. read more

There are no words to express how completely sad this place is. The management of this store needs to be fired and someone needs to be brought in who can get this store to run as it should. I had to stop coming to this one. It was just unbelievable that they are wanting more money but the service and how the food is served is ridiculous. One night, the last night I came to this location I am waiting at the first station where you place your order. No one came to the mic to take my order- mind you there are 7 cars out here waiting to take orders. So I notice the young lady is taking the orders from the cars on the right machine but not on the inside (left) machine. I pull around and she tells me that I couldn't place an order at the window because she is taking orders from other customers. Wait, what???!!! I drove to the next window, placed my order and left. I haven't been back since and that was about 2 weeks ago. I go to another McDonald's with faster service and better organized. This restaurant on Central Avenue needs a complete overhaul. read more

Takes about 6-10 minutes per car in drive thru in the mornings, not unusual to wait 30 minutes if there are 3-5 cars in front of you. Not sure how they are so wildly dysfunctional, but it's consistently the slowest fast food I've ever witnessed. read more

It seems extremely common that you are asked to pull into a parking spot out front and then simply forgotten about. Since this location is closest to my house it is convenient to drop by. And because I am vegetarian (allergies), I go mainly to get little items (salads, hashbrowns, occasional oatmeal). I dropped by today and ordered their special bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and explicitly told them NO MEAT - I asked them twice. The reason why I asked them twice is because they got the order wrong before and i had to go back. What these people do is NOT rocket science; they read off a screen and assemble precooked food - idiot proof or it should be. My guess is they just don't give a damn and they robotically do their jobs. Too bad for me if I get sick cause some stupid kid couldn't bother to remove the bacon - you know they wouldn't make it fresh! But I probably shouldn't be eating that crap anyway since it is high in fat! Not typically a fast food person anyway, but I will not go there again, if I have to follow-up with these people several times, it is not worth it.
