I observed a female manager pacing back and forth between the front register and the drive through window eating a burger around the food. Then i watched another employee eating as well . This restaurant is in Carrollton , OH south of Canton . Piss poor service.

We typically patronized this location at least once or twice a week, so we have noticed a steady stream of new employees through the years. This latest crew was overtly rude when we arrived to pick up our online order. Apparently, FOR ONCE they were able to make our sandwiches immediately and the worker felt it necessary to remark that they'd been ready for an hour. Last week, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our order because 7 customers walked in right before us!) Don't know what the woman's problem is, but her nasty attitude kept us from leaving a cash tip as we ordinarily do! I guess we were keeping her from her smoke break out in front of the restaurant, which is where we usually see her this time of the evening! Surely slapping meat, cheese, and some salad on bread can't be that stressful!

The sweet potato fries were perfect & the cinnamon butter was even better. Salad bar was really fresh & the local cheddar cheese was amazing. The cold prepared salads were a bit too wet but yummy. Only dessert item was jello. The full buffet w/ drink only cost $18! And Karen was the best server!
