HORRIBLE customer (Zach) service at McDonald's here. We had a full car so My friend ordered and I payed and then walked to the window, and they completely ignored me with the card, after they said the total and I offered my card. They asked my friend if I was paying while pretending to be fully oblivious of me. I then payed it said approved and there "machine" broke and my card declined. I pulled up the bank app because I knew it said approved and had to explain to this guy how -*** from McDonald's meant I had payed. They held me like I was hostage until the could confirm I payed. Have to admit I am quite partial to a mcds ... I even enjoy their breakfast menu as well. It's handy for an after school treat for kids especially as legg park is across the road so can do both if the weather is nice. Close to the cinema as well if you want something quick to eat before a movie. read more

Always clean inside! I don't sit in much, we drive through mostly! Service is always quick and the food is as good as you can expect from mcds! It can be busy on weekdays around 3 as the primary school beside seems to fill it after! Also Friday's can have a bit of a wait on the drive through! read more

I couldn't possibly give McDonald's more than three stars as...it's McDonalds - Small portions, pricey enough, and not the best, but as McDonald's outlets go, this is a decent one. The shop is clean and tidy, service is quick and sometimes even friendly! They have an intercom system with menus along the drive in which is handy. This quite a small McD's, located as it is quite close to the cinema and on the main road into Carrick it gets busy at getting out time ( the cinema). Pretty much standard performance that you would expect for a Mcdonalds, however in my experience this one has a frutrating habit of running out of things. Personally I love a MacBacon Meal and I pop round early and amazingly they have no bacon!!! What's that about? Come on get your act together! read more

Not much you can say about McDonald's, they are all fairly the same. The resteraunt seating area itself was clean and tidy. There was plenty of staff available and very friendly. Seemed to be getting a lot of people returning incorrect orders so maybe worth checking your takeaway before you get home. read more

Oh dear, what can I say, absolute bedlam from start to finish, I admit to not having a McD's for a long time before my visit here and I was surprised why the cost was so high, when I got home I realised why, some items were duplicated, some where plain wrong and some were missing, it seems the staff can't deviate from the standard menu without confusion, which is a problem when McDonalds keep adding promotions. I stopped eating at McDonalds 'restaurants' at all, anywhere because of this place. Literally every order for years in here was wrong. The things you do get will be disgusting. They can't even make a coke properly. They NEVER have I've cream or milkshakes. Any of the staff I have dealt with here have been terrible. Ranging from rude to completely incompetent. i think this mcdonalds is one of the better ones-clean enough and the staff are, on the whole, very friendly. Also its a wi-fi hotspot which is very handy. I don't use many other mcdonalds so can't really tell if this is a generalisation across all mcdonalds, but a problem i do find is that sometimes when you ask for burgers plain and end up getting them dressed-never good when you get one of those gherkin pickle things on your burger when you didn't want it! read more

McDonalds is a wee treat every now and then but if you want your order to be right make sure you check it before leaving if you use the drive through. it is so annoying when you get home to discover something is missing or wrong with your order. apart from that it is typical McDonalds food and the drive through can be very quick, probably why your order is nearly always wrong. read more
