My boyfriend suggested this McDonald's for our Breakfast and my kids. They missed 3 sandwiches and one milk was missing. He went in the drive through twice and He had to go inside to actually get the right order. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 3 ice creams, 2 donuts drive thru. At the first window,I used some of my points and the rest I paid on my debit. At the second window, my daughter told me, we forgot to order fries. I asked the attendant If I can still order large fries. She answered me " No we can't we're busy". It's very disappointing,but what can I do, It's my mistake forgetting to order fries, I just thought they'll consider giving us fries and pay for it at the 2nd window. Anyway, the attendant gave us our order and we left. My daughter checked the bag and they only gave us 3 cheeseburgers, instead of 4. I went back to the drive thru,ordered 1 cheese burger and one large fries.I then went straight to the 2nd window to pay and get my order. Same attendant was there, I told her that I ordered 4 but only 3 cheese burgers we got. This time, it might not be her mistake, maybe somebody else's. I made a mistake forgetting to order "ONE LARGE FRIES", she refused to helped me. But she/they made a mistake, and I didn't refuse to go back to drive thru line up, and pay, not even asking if did I pay for 4 or 3 cheeseburgers, I'm just willing to pay because of their mistake. This happened today, May 16, 2022 at around 10:30pm. The attendant has curly hair and grey sweater/ hoodie. Please Mac Donald's, we don't only come to your store for food, we also come for customer service! We makes mistake, you guys makes mistakes, then y not just help and have some considerations. Yet again, long wait times, wrong food given, had to repeat order multiple times and got multiple orders before getting the right food.

Muffins are usually day old and rock hard. They have even started warming up the old muffins to smell and appear fresh. Had a muffin this morning that was still warm in the bag, thought it would be fresh and delicious. It cooled on my desk for a few minutes and turned into rock! I only started going to McDonald's on a regular basis when the McCafe coupons showed up in my mailbox within the past month or so. I plan on using every one and so far, I've stopped at this McDonald's location at least three times, including today, for a beverage or two (hello, BOGO!). I've used the drive-through when no else has been in it and I've walked in twice. I really like the staff here because they are friendly and mature. The dining area is very clean, the design and colors are nice and I really like the layout with the bar stool seating. It's a bit unique. This may sound bad and I don't want to offend anyone, but I don't feel like I'm "slumming it" by going to this McDonald's. The mocha's have been consistently good and even though I know they are made with their crazy syrup, I'm okay with it. Even the cups and lids are good quality. Unfortunately this place is very close to my place so for late nights and ice cream cravings, I had to be in their drive thru for more than 5 times and each time the minimum wait period was about 40 minutes... This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have been here multiple times as it is nearby and easy to come to when I am looking for a quick bite to eat. Every single time that I come to this specific location, I wait over ten minutes to get a simple order. If I come to this location after it gets dark there is always sketchy looking people roaming around and inside of the restaurant. There is almost always somebody standing outside of the entrance bothering the customers coming in and out, whether it be for change, for food or to sell merchandise for less than the marketed price. The dining area in this restaurant is always dirty and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. On top of that, during my last visit the manager and two other employees were fighting and yelling at each other in the middle of the restaurant! This place completely unprofessional and it's unsettling for me as a customer. Nobody wants to buy food and eat at a place where they feel unsafe and uncomfortable in their surroundings. If there is a remote possibility for them to screw up your order, it will happen at this location, time and again. Parked to wait for a chicken sandwich to be cooked; they forget us for more than 15 minutes. Kid sent to deliver orders is basically auctioning food off. Given a sundae with no spoon at same time as drinks to melt in the parking lot. Constantly this location lacks trained staff and a management who can lead. read more

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's in general, but once in a while I get a craving and go for some. This seems to be one of the more smoothly run McDonald's I've been to. I much prefer it over the Monterey Park location, which can have really poor/slow service. read more
