We have tried other chicken joints in the south that have been much better. The flavors were lacking and the sauces were not very good. During our wait not 1 car came through the drive through so why could we have not waited at the window. We contemplated counseling our order and just ordering through the drive-through. Doesn't this defeat the entire purpose if I'm having to wait extended periods of time to get the same food? They weren't surprised of the order. There must have been special chicken for mobile orders that we were unaware of. I had to end up going inside after waiting 10 minutes in the curbside pickup. After finally being acknowledged by someone I behind the counter they asked my name and said I had a mobile order and it was sitting over by the window the whole time instead of bringing it out. Good business plans (mobile ordering) is only good if you have capable staff to operate them. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this Zaxbys and we be sure to avoid in the future.
