First and last visit. Place was dirty and staff was more occupied running food to parked cars than customers inside the dining room. Waited 30 minutes for food and then, only after I asked. Food was cold as well. Not that any customers. Place really needs more training from Management to Staff. Witnessed the "Crew Trainer" eating in the dining room while Place needed dire attention as did the staff. No one posted at front counter either. Can't believe this is the world brand representative of McDonald's. Won't be returning. read more

By far the worst McDonald's in the valley. I keep going back every few months because it's close. Today was more of the same. Placed my order he confirmed it yet when I get up to pay it's wrong and have to go all through it again . Pull to the next window get my drink then wait eight minutes to be told to pull ahead and wait some more. All the food is wrong. I asked for extra breakfast sauce and there was none on it what so ever. Sausage was burnt and none of our food had cheese on it. I went back today because the manager yesterday said she would replace the whole meal and they only replaced the sandwiches. Yet again they got it wrong. Easily the worst managed places I've ever been to and worked at, almost everyone there is on some type of drug while on shift. They always screw over the part time workers and play favorites to the point of firing people purely because they don't like you or you don't fit in with their vibes. They screw up orders because they are on too many drugs to know what's happening. The managers threaten to quit and start crying whenever it gets too busy leaving management up to employees there who are normally under 18. They exploit and abuse younger employees because they are desperate for a job. So future employees do not apply there even as a last resort, and to the customers don't eat here there's a high chance you don't get what you paid for and it has been drugged in some way. Whether that be vape, weed, or some other drug grill is snorting in the bathroom. read more

We have been here 4 or 5 times in the past month, and each time the order has been completely wrong, not to mention the amount of time we have had to wait in the drive through (with not that many cars). On their Facebook page, they reply to all of their negative reviews with an apology and asking people to leave an official complaint so they can "improve their service." They have commented this on posts dating back to 2018. It is 2021, and not a single thing has improved. I will be getting my Bridgewater fast food fix from Dairy Queen from now on. read more

We live in Bridgewater and this is the worst fast food place we've ever been to. It never takes less than 15 mins to get our food. We were just in the drive through and the line was backed all the way to the road and half there staff was outside smoking. We got out of line because it wasn't moving. We hate this because our kids love McDonald's. But we've had enough of this happening every time. read more

I ordered a drink only. The cashier taking my money was ok. When I got to the next window for my drink, the cup was covered in drops of soda. I asked the employee to wipe the cup off please. He turned and wiped off the cup handed it back with no straw, closed the window and walked off. This is the second time I have been handed a cup with spilled soda all over it at this location. Both of these employees appeared to think it was acceptable to serve the product in this condition. No I'm sorry or sure I would be happy to do that. Frankly, I'm surprised they need reminding to clean up an overfilled spilled drink. It's evident that these individuals need training on basic customer service. I am sure McDonalds does not promote such an unpleasant attitude when doing the job they are paying him to do. read more

McDonald's exceeded my expectations in my opinion, but it could be improved in a few areas. A place for people of all ages are welcome to the salty goodness of a large fry at McDonald's. With many options for all diets, McDonald's has a wide variety. From Fish Filets, Big Macs, Chicken nuggets, and even salads, McDonald's carries something for everyone. I typically don't eat chicken nuggets, but when I smell their tasty scent dragging me to the counter to order. McDonald's has options for vegetarians and healthy eaters. Added to the endless McDonald's calories in a big mac, McDonald's has options of salads, yogurt parfaits, and fruit cups. In addition to that, they have an abundance of extras including apple pies, coffee, ice cream, milkshakes, and recently added donut sticks. At McDonald's, there are unlimited options for anyone. While being at McDonald's there is always a cashier at the counter ready for a customer. They always are nice and answer questions about the menu, which is often not needed. When going to the restaurant, McDonald's has a common building. But the inside is very clean and organized, I have always seen it in a very reasonable condition. One thing I notice is the cashiers being high schoolers. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it seems like they lack some skill they need to work at a fast food restaurant. I feel like managers could hire some more reliable employees. I've always been helped if I needed any help with the menu, all my questions were answered, if they didn't have an answer the manager was there to explain it to me and the employee. As a fast food restaurant, it's going to be cheap, but McDonald's absolutely accomplishes that. The restaurant stands on a level with reality. Their menu fits in with the lives of multiple people who are middle class and living on a low pay scale. McDonald's has a dollar menu that includes many specialty items. For one dollar you can get any size soft drink or even a cheeseburger. Farther up the menu there is a bacon Mcdouble, a small coffee, or sausage Mcgriddles. At the end of the dollar menu, there are triple cheeseburgers, happy meals, and many more. McDonald's is perfect for people who want a good meal at a low price. As a whole McDonalds is a reliable place to eat with all of its attributes. They have exceptional prices. With similar menus, I've found when I travel I can always rely on a McDonalds to provide me a meal with the same taste as the restaurant at my home town. McDonald's is a moderately good restaurant, but a little more attention in some areas will help it greatly. At any location, McDonald's will provide you service just like their motto; when it comes to making food, the simpler the better. read more

I'm tired of ordering my food at the McDonald's (usually in Bridgewater) drive-thru, getting a confirmation of my order and then getting back to work only to find out the order is wrong. I like most of my food plain so it is very simple to make. How hard is it to get that right. The problem is most of the workers don't care and don't bother to read the entire order before jumping into making your food. I usually don't say anything if I think I can just deal with it and remove whatever should not have been there or if I have no choice because I'm already at work. But after about the third time I get really frustrated and have had enough. I'll stop going there for several months and find something else with hopes that they might get their act together for my next visit. read more
