I showed the picture of my burger they argued that this could be from any Burger King. In short they made me feel like I was trying to steal a meal, I was treated horribly. When I asked for the on duty managers name they told me they are not legally obligated to share that. The employees name was not legible I could make out the first letter D. The manager made the employee deal with it as she communicated through mike from the office. The employee was really nice and only taking instructions the manager on duty that was not so nice even rude at times. They were even unwilling to provide the owners email for feedback at first. This took place at about 6:30 PM on March 28th. I am so disappointed as my son and I usually go to this location twice weekly after feeling so disrespected it will be hard to go back.
