I got the Tuesday special which was a cheese burger (comes with ketchup , mayo, and lettuce ) for 2.99 and I added bacon for 1.99. Will be coming back to try their funnel cake next time. Staff was very friendly and atmosphere is nice. A bit pricey but I understand since everything is fresh and good quality.

The price point for the $7 meal was great. It includes burger, fries, drink and a sundae! For me, that was where amazing stopped. Their fries are the best, gravy flavour is on point, plenty of cheese (although not real cheese curds) - and the generous size and the reasonable price ($12 for medium). The fries are hand cut and have the skin on them. They are perfectly crisp but the flesh inside is light and fluffy. The best part are the little pieces that are extra crispy. I don't understand how some other fry trucks use bagged fries - that should not be allowed! I also appreciated the different types of vinegars and herb sprinkles (I used the garlic one) and it added additional flavours to the fries. I ordered the burger and it was okay-patty was a little overcooked and patty was store bought but at least it had a good beefy flavour. It's a fry truck so ambience is limited with a view of traffic going by. Fries are 5/5 but lost a point for an okay burger. Would have loved a fresh burger smashed on the flat top.

Tip: This eatery has a drive-thru…read more I spotted this Burger King (BK) when I was in Bowmanville last Saturday. I thought it would be a good place to pick up some takeout for dinner. This BK is next door to Cineplex. It's a good location to grab a bite to eat before or after taking in a movie. I placed an order through the BK app for two classic chicken sandwiches. The deal goes for $11 before taxes. I specified picking up my order at the drive-thru. I paid and earned crowns towards food down the road. It didn't take long for me to get to this BK. I was across the street at Phomono. It took maybe three minutes to drive over here, which included waiting for the light to change. It was straightforward getting to this eatery. I found the drive-thru entrance and entered it. The downside was being behind a person who took a good five minutes to place her order. When I finally was able to approach the order area, I indicated to the most cheerful woman that I had a BK app order under my name. She found my order and said that I could approach the window. I thought that the woman in front of me was ordering a ton of food. Nope. I saw a drink and small paper bag handed to her. When I got to the window, the nice woman gave me my bag of sandwiches. I thanked her, placed my food in an insulated bag, and headed home. I had my sandwiches for dinner once I got home. I love the classic chicken sandwich. It's perfect. The crispy chicken patty was delicious. The mayo and lettuce keep this sandwich simple and yummy. The long, soft bun with sesame seeds hasn't changed since I first remember having this sandwich. Despite the wait, I enjoyed my food. I'd return when I'm in the area and hope that it's a faster experience at the drive-thru. (362)
