Service was a bit slow, but the place was very busy, so it's understandable. Other than that, this is a typical Mcdonalds. Decent fast food. The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so you might be better off going inside to order. I would have no problems with coming here again. read more

This review is based on the McDonald's Cookie Tote that includes 12 warm and savory chocolate chip cookies. My husband and I order the tote on occasion for a treat, either using the McDonalds app or inside McDonalds. Service has been great for visits to this location. The Cookie Tote is a hidden gem at McDonald's. You get 12 medium-sized cookies for under $5. The tote is lined to keep the cookies warm. These cookies are simply delicious. read more

Just awful. No matter what you order it is not what you order. Check your bags before leaving, always wrong. When you c9mplain, they say, "oh sorry", come back and we will give you what you ordered. read more

I stopped by for a quick lunch today after staying away for quite a long time and ordered a Medium Big Mac meal w/Diet Coke. I would have rather have eaten a Steaming Hot Dog Turd and a cup of ice cold Carbonated Monkey Piss ! The burger was a triple decker hot mess dripping in Secret Sauce which came with a side of Over Salted Sea Gull chokers...5 Guys at double the price is a bad ham compared to this inedible Zoo slop ! In fact, management would be charged with animal cruelty if this was fed to zoo animals ! Eating from the Berger King dumpster would be a nightmare on the town compared to eating this unhealthy slop. I wouldn't recommend this to my ex-wife. read more

first time writing a review just to say you're better off eating out the dumpster bunch of braindead workers here can't even do their simple jobs and give you the right food every time I come here its the same thing take the 10 minute drive to lacey read more

I have to update my review, over the past few years they completely redid this McDonald's It all brand new inside very modern looking and clean!!!! They have nice workers that are very friendly at drive thro. I haven't had any problems with not receiving things I ordered everything PLUS sauce I ask for comes in the bag now! No but seriously they definitely put money and work into this place and got new workers and it shows!!! The place is so much better now! read more

Last few times no diet soda today no soft drinks at all. Poorly managed, order very rarely correct. How can you be out of soft drinks? Shoprite is right there go buy some soft drinks for your customers meal orders. read more

This mcdonald's is literally outrageous. they constantly mess up and forget things and all of that extra stuff but today was absolutely ridiculous. for starters i ordered off the mobile app and they closed the store which wasn't a big deal so i went through the drive thru line. the woman talking to us at the drive thru sounded ABSOLUTELY miserable and rude. she yelled at us for not knowing the mobile order number even though we gave her our name and what was in the order. Still wasn't that deep or big of a deal to me or my boyfriend but then once we got home we realized they didn't give us straws and there was hair in my food. these people barley had their hair back so it wasn't a huge surprise to me. in conclusion i wouldn't recommend eating here at this point because every time i come here it's a new problem. read more

Ordered a big mac and there was a long black hair that was on the side of the burger i have proof too nasty ass fuckers don't wear hair nets a literal embarrassment to the entire franchise read more

I really love McDonalds, I really do, not just the one in Bayville, NJ, which might be the worst McDonalds there is, there was, and there ever will be. It looks like a waiting room in purgatory and smells like an old taxi. I can't count how many times I have come here and my order was wrong, $15 dollars an hour, hell no, get those automated machines in here and fire everybody! Can i just one time get fries that are not cold, a fish sandwich that is not stale and has been microwaved to death, and a bagel breakfast sandwich where it is properly toasted and not served cold out of the freezer. They got my order wrong 3 times on the same order, how does that even happen?? If your thinking of eating at this McDonalds, quickly punch yourself right in the face! Every time I come here I substantially feel worse about myself and feel like I need to go to a therapist. Everything good I ever did is wiped away in one visit to the Bayville, NJ McDonalds. I will thank them though for helping me lose weight in the future, as I will no longer visit this establishment. No longer will you forget to put napkins in my bag, forget my ketchup and nugget sauces, never again will you make pull away from the drive through to wait so your drive through times look better, never ever ever again.....goodbye!!! read more

McDonald's can be hit or miss but this one has been good every time I have gone. The burgers always seem like they are freshly made(by McDonald's standards) other McDonald's I have gone too you can tell the patty was sitting out for a while. read more

You guys are retarded I literally just asked for a McChicken and a 10 piece. I got a cheeseburger WITH NO MEAT ON IT and a 6 piece in a 10 piece container. Worst McDonalds in New Jersey. Can't even get an order with only 2 items. You call them and they do not answer their phone. You lost a customer. read more

I order my son a choc milk shake! It's was a cup of vanilla ice cream with choc syrup at the bottom ! When I brought it to attention the employees said to me all you have to do is mix it !! What???? I was VERY disappointed and quite frankly disturbed. I went there for a soda and within the 2 minutes i was at the drive thru window i saw 2 employees without masks (both wearing them under the chin). 1 of these employees was putting food in a bag while his co.worker was showing him something on his phone as they both laughed and talked (while handling food - no mask covering his face.) The other employee must have just gotten off as she was actually outside but went back in behind the counter where food is handled also.with out her mask covering her face. In these times this is disturbing to me. I will just go down the road to lanoka harbor next time read more

Definitely not the McD's I worked at in the 80's! I get it...things are way different now a days...I ordered a cheeseburger x-tra pickle...so salty! I guess I'm getting old and can't tolerate salt, lol. Could not hear a word the girl taking my order said...she sounded miserable. Guy at the second window was ok...needed to pay attention! Overall not good...wake up, people are looking for convince food (although we should not eat this stuff) but at least act like ya would like to be open! read more

This mcdonalds is the worst. They never get your order right. They constantly forget to put things in your bag. They never forget to charge you full boat though. What's worse? The place is filthy! I went inside to order because inside is quicker then drive through go figure and there was good all over the floor and it looked like the counters hadn't been clean in years. Avoid this place. So dishusting read more

This place literally messed up a cup of coffee. I placed a drive thru order for a boy's kids meal and a large coffee w/milk and Equal. After making my way to the pickup window, I was told they were waiting on the coffee to brew. Not a big deal, but I asked if they'd like me to move over so other cars could pickup, to which they responded no. We waited another minute and heard a debate over what sweetener to add to the coffee. They asked me and I confirmed it for them. At this point they asked me to pull out of the pickup lane because of the length of time it would take to brew the coffee, to which I agreed. I had my kid with me, so got distracted entertaining and didn't realize 20 minutes had passed. I got my 3yo out of his car seat and went inside, asking for either the coffee or my money back. They had a cup sitting on the counter and discussed amongst each other if it were mine or not. They then poured the coffee and handed me the cup. I get home and warmed up my son's food. He asked for his toy, to which we found out they hand given us the girl's kids meal. I went to add the Equal packets they handed to me to the coffee and found that it was black. The receipt showed that none of this is what we ordered. This is not the first time this store has made mistakes, but this is probably the most ridiculous one to date. I would recommend not using drive-thru or at least double-checking your order before you leave. Bedlam seems to rule at this particular location. read more

Went thru drive-thru, order #3 quarter pounder w/cheese, extra pickles. Also got a hamburger and a cheeseburger happy meal with apple juice, they asked is it for a boy or girl. I said its for a boy. Get to first window to pay, boy was a little rude. Go up to second window to get food, they put the cheeseburger in regular bag and hamburger in the happy meal. I had to ask for the apple juice and also they gave me fries and apple slices with the happy meal. Once I got home I realized that they gave me a girl's toy...UGH! Also my sandwich the quarter pounder was just a cheeseburger on a seeded roll. I'm glad I don't go here often. read more

Terrible service. The orders are usually wrong. The parent company couldn't care less, They just send a BS generic email and a coupon for a free meal only valid for 2 weeks. The one in Lacey is the same owners and still waiting for a response almost a week later for an issue I had. Don't waste your time at this location read more

I purchased breakfast and two cups of coffee. (never again) The coffee reminded me of coffee that I bought at diners in the 1960's. Same coffee made in the morning laid in the pot and sold many hours later. Perhaps it is just my bad luck, but will not gamble on maybe the next time it will be better. read more
