There was a person in line that even said she drove over an hour away to experience this coffee shop. From the moment we arrived we were disappointed. The location is very small. We opened the door to come in but found that you could not fit more than 4 people comfortably in the shop at one time. We had to wait outside for about 10 minutes before we could even step foot in the door. My fiance ordered the Harvest Latte and I ordered the Gingerbread latte. Mine came with a little gingerbread cookie which was nice. The total was $15 for TWO lattes. That price is literally ludicrous for 2 cups of coffee. Price aside it came time to try our lattes and we realized what a bad decision it was to have tried Due-Back. My fiancés Harvest Latte tasted of the most bitter artificially sweetened berry you could ever have. It completely masked the coffee in the drink. My gingerbread cookie was good, but my latte? Not at all enjoyable. For some reason I could also taste berry in my drink. Possibly because the berry was in the coffee grinds from the previous drink and they did not do an adequate job of cleaning the grind basket in the coffee machine before making the next drink. Apologies but not worth the $15 at all. We will not be Due-Back any time soon.

Weird setup...there's a walkway up to a door, but it's locked and not where customers go. No sign to tell us that, though. Signs for the donuts didn't reflect what they actually had available, which made it hard to figure out what to get. The girl waiting on us rattled through them, but then I couldn't remember everything she said. Seems like they're easily movable / removable, so staff should be able to make it clear what's still available. We sat outside at a table to eat...no trash can to throw away our stuff afterwards. Lots of little things add up...wouldn't recommend.

The melted cheese in the middle had me sold. One morning I even had the bagel fresh out of the oven and I think I heard angels sing. Their hash browns are also very yummy! My cousin got the great bambino and he was obsessed with it. I don't eat meat so I didn't try his, but I trust his judgement with food. The service was always good! The morning we got hot bagels from the oven, they said it would be a five minute wait but it was more like twenty. They did apologize, and we weren't in a rush any way (always wait for oven hot bagels). The place has some seating which is nice. Highly recommend Asiago herb bagels from here! Will be back next time I'm nearby.

I accidentally left my phone on the counter when I visited this bagel shop. At the time, the place…read morewas very slow -- there was only one other customer besides me, and the workers were not busy. We called my phone over 30 times, and no one picked up or made any attempt to return it to its owner. I then called the shop directly, and I was told that they did not have my phone. I tracked it using another device, and the location was clearly showing that it was inside the bagel shop. My husband went back inside and asked about it, and once again they said they didn't have it. Only after he showed them the location tracking and explained that the phone was definitely there, a guy from the back finally came out with my phone. What is most upsetting is that there were very few customers in the shop and the workers were not busy, yet after more than 30 calls, no one answered the phone or seemed to make any effort to return it. We were also told twice that they didn't have it, even though the location clearly showed otherwise. A bagel shop shouldn't be judged only by the quality of its bagels. Customer service, honesty, and how you treat your customers are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression and completely ruined my opinion of this place. I expected much better and will not be returning.

There is a wide array of ice cream flavor choices from the traditional to the sublime to the surprising (Earl Grey tea with lemon and shortbread... really yummy and I am thankful for sampling it.). And I had to wait in line today as expected on a summer evening. And someone was in there with their dog. Not a service dog. Such a mangy pet. Not only that, but the dog was licking something from a cup on the floor. Sounds like a major sanitation red flag. Not only is that wildly disgusting but it's not exactly the experience I was looking for when o wanted ice cream tonight. I didn't ask for an allergy attack and dog hair in my ice cream. There's ZERO reason for a dog to be inside this small space with open ice cream. Foul.
