Mc Donald's here really had the dining area looking homey. It was a nice touch. Everything was clean. The ambiance was festive and different from the ordinary giving it a nice touch. Whoever came up with this idea deserves a kudos. I ordered an egg, sausage and cheese McMuffin and it was good, and fresh. Disappointed with the hash browns because they were barely warm and there wasn't any customers when we arrived around 7:15 am. I would have preferred the wait and received them hot. Coffee at McDonalds is always good especially when the machine adds the cream and sugar to it. I usually stop here once every couple of months but this is the first time I've seen it festive. More restaurants should do this especially for those who don't have festive places to go to during the holidays. Good job Micky D's! read more

I ordered a #3 combo, that's a double meat quarter pounder with cheese fry's and drink. I specifically asked for ketchup with my fries because you have too the air heads that work in the fast food industry can't figure it out on their own at least not in this town. Collect my food at the pic up window and double check contents I see ketchup so I drive home. At home is where I notice I have a single meat patty instead of a double. I dont frequent this location often, but I was in the area and this was the closest location. Drive thru Was in a hurry so the drive thru was my best option. It was during lunch time and they were a bit busy. The service was friendly. They did suggestive sell. Food I ordered a fish sandwich and large fries. The fries were free because I downloaded the McD app. I was very disappointed in the portion size of the French fries. Service Fast and friendly. They're slow, and now they suddenly have a "rule" that you can't bring bikes in, even though i have my bike with me every time i go there.

I found a black long thick hair strand under my burger bun. And they happened to forget about my frappe which is such a simple assemblage. I'm was made more disappointed when they didn't acknowledge me at the counter. The self-ordering kiosk prints out a blank paper for the receipt. So let me start by saying I usually never stop at this McDonald's but today I stopped by drive thru and the guy on the speaker was so ghetto and was having a conversation with someone inside the McDonald's while taking our order. When we ordered my daughters kids meal , why did he have a large drink with large fries on the screen and then told us it was 6 something when we weren't even done with our order so based on his voice we decided to leave. This location is probably the worst McDonald's location around. I've had problems every single time I've been here, both inside and at the drive-through. Here's a review of my visit from today: My order took a long time to be filled, and was inaccurate. I had ordered no salt on my fries, and they were old, cold, and heavily salted. One crew member was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked for my cup, he refused to hand it to me, and instead, placed it face-down on a dirty surface at the opposite end of the counter from where I was waiting, and walked away. The restaurant was also dirty, and the containers holding the cup lids were filthy, and covered in some sticky substance and very obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was also ketchup all over the counter near the dispenser, and not one crew member made any attempt at cleaning anything up while I was there. This was overall a disappointing visit in a dirty restaurant, run by rude and inefficient employees. **** I have just tried this place one more time, and for the absolute last time. It was just as terrible as the last few times: The wrong food was given to me, forcing me to go back through the drive-through. Not one crew member apologized for the mistake. The woman at the first window refused to acknowledge me or even look at me, the lady at the second window argued with me about giving me a refund, and the manager was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and lazy. I have had similar experiences before, but no one ever bothers to contact me. I will never give my business to McDonald's again, and I will be spreading my experiences around to warn other people of how terrible this place and their horrid customer service is. read more

This place gives me a hassle every time. So I use my app for a free hash brown. Order a burrito meal. Which means you get a drink and a hashbrown. He even asked me what I wanted to drink with the meal. I also ordered a hashbrown n sausage biscuit with and Xtra hashbrown with a coke. I didn't grab the receipt. So I get there. She hands me the coke. And I say I had a unsweet tea also. She rudely asks me for the receipt. I tell her the cashier has it. She proceeds to repeat to give her the receipt. Also when she gave me my sweet tea it had maybe 5 pieces of ice so it was hot. And my burritos were stale like they have just been sitting in a warmer. And I was missing a hashbrown. I usually associate McDonald's with consistency. Their food isn't the best, but at least it's pretty consistent from location to location. I've had such bad luck with this location it prompted me to write a review. This location is convenient to my work, so I've given it multiple tries and they have disappointed me every time. Several times they've gotten my order wrong, but the worst issue is the food quality. Fries that taste like they were fried in really old grease, chicken nuggets stuck together, dirty looking condiment packets. It just seems that no one is minding how they prepare the food very much at this location. read more
