I walked into this McDonald's today in the best mood. Seriously, it was one of those rare perfect days--sun was out, things were going my way, I'd just finished a great workout, and all I wanted was a simple reward: a Big Mac meal, maybe some nuggets on the side, hot fries, the works. I was genuinely excited and smiling when I got to the counter. Then I met Aaliyah. She was working the front register and from the second I said "Hi, how are you?" her face twisted like I'd personally offended her entire family. I placed my order politely (no special requests, no modifications, literally just a standard #1 with a Coke), and she just stared at me for a solid three seconds like I was speaking another language. Then she snapped, "What size?" in the most annoyed tone imaginable. I answered calmly, still trying to keep things positive. She rolled her eyes--actually rolled them--punched in the order wrong twice, sighed loudly each time like I was the problem, and then when the total came up she practically threw the receipt at me. The final straw was when I asked (very nicely) if they could make sure the fries were fresh because the last time I was here they were cold. She didn't even respond with words. Just stared at me, flipped me off with both hands behind the counter where she clearly thought I couldn't see, then turned around and yelled "ONE!" to the kitchen like I wasn't even standing there. I was stunned. My amazing day? Instantly ruined. I paid, waited in awkward silence, got my food (fries were cold anyway), and left feeling like garbage. I've never had someone go out of their way to be that rude and disrespectful for literally no reason. Aaliyah needs serious retraining on basic customer service--or honestly, just basic human decency. If this is how she treats every customer who dares to order food at her job, I can't imagine how toxic the environment is back there. Zero chance I'll be back to this location while she's working. Ruined what should've been a great meal and a great end to a great day. read more

Went trough the drive thru there with friends around 11 pm, they were honestly kind of rude. What my issue is they forgot my chicken nuggets in the 5 dollar meal deal, and forgot my friend's small fry. We reminded the lady nicely, to which she was kind of salty about. When handed the fries, she had her palm on top of my friends french fries with no gloves. And proceeded to drop a couple out of the window. Would not recommend this location at all. read more

Where to begin... stopped here to use the restroom and get some quick beverages (frappes and a bottled water) with great disappointment and frustration. The men's restroom was absolutely disgusting. One stall could not be used due to heaping toilet paper and human waste nearly over flowing the toilet. When my husband brought this to the attention of an employee, the employee said he was aware but the maintenance person wasn't on duty until later. I guess the plan was to leave this for the next guy??? Meanwhile my order was placed and I found myself waiting over 20 minutes for someone to begin making my frappes. This employee muddled his way through working the machine with the minimal support of another co-worker. The frappes were supposed to be caramel; however they were out of drizzle, so we asked for extra chocolate sauce (which we paid for). The frappes had no chocolate sauce and when we said we asked for chocolate instead, the employee put a few swipes of chocolate on top and passed them back to us. This McDonald's is terrible!!! Avoid at all costs!!! I pulled though the drive thru and waited forever until someone came on to take my order. I was greeted with " what do you want to order." Not a good start. Went to pay and the person at the window said nothing. Pulled forward to get food and waited for several more minutes. I forgot to mention that no one was in the line or parking lot when I pulled in, so I know they were not busy at all. Three times ive ordered, paid, then been told at the final window they don't have what I just paid for with no offer to refund without an argument, only attempt at forced substitution with no apologies. I am amazed this location hasn't been closed. There are nights the staff just decides to close up on their own. There is never a manager around when you call and if you do call they say just give us your name and we will replace your meal but every time some smart ass gets on the phone like the free food is coming out of their pocket. The employees act like they own the place walking in and out cutting in front of customers, the play room is always dirty.
