This was our go to stop-spot on the way to from Tulsa to Texas or Texas to Tulsa- always the highlight of a four hour road trip and now- big thumbs down- prices have skyrocketed and quality is down the drain. Ordered a medium fry and I literally had to ask the gentleman- are those small? Half the carton was showing and the fries were hanging out of the bottom- soggy, cold and pretty much empty. So so sad. He was not happy when I asked for a new batchy bath- had me waiting for 22 minutes too long- luckily a lady came out to deliver other orders and hooked me up- looked like my same fries though- wow. If I could give this stupid fkn place a zero I would. We waited on 3 items for over an hour and had to get a refund due to the wait and never got the food. This is supposed to be FAST FOOD!!!! I ordered a shake, and the cashier tells me that the shake I was charged for they can't make because their shake maker puts blue dye into everything. Most filthy McDonald's I've ever seen. Not one table was clean, the floors looked like they haven't been mopped in days. We got an absolutely wrong order. Vomit stain in the play area that has been there for months still hasn't been cleaned up. Grease stains under the cardboard burger containers. I didn't even dare go into the restroom. This place is disgusting,!the bathrooms apparently aren't air conditioned so every bathroom literally smells like hot poop. That smell permeates the restaurant. The employees are just jerks and the managers just don't seem to care. Please McDonald's!!!!! This restaurant is a blight on your company's name. I had to give 1 star to write my review but it doesn't deserve any stars in my opinion. This McDonald's is by far the worst I've ever been too. Every time I have gone here, not one single time has an order ever been exactly what I asked for. Today just tops the cake for me. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, the 4a I believe is what is on their menu. Did I get the crispy chicken sandwich? No. Instead, I am given the quarter pounder. I ordered 2 kid meals. Neither came with juices that I stated I would like. The girl taking this order had everything I asked for correct on screen so how does it get messed up in the kitchen? BECAUSE STAFF IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY'RE DOING. They're just throwing stuff in bags in my opinion. The girl taking the order sounds like she's miserable with her job. Doesn't want to be there, bored or something. People want to be greeted in a positive manner when arriving to a drive thru. Had to wait 5 minutes sitting at the com while two other people drove past and got serviced, then we were told to pull to the side in a service area were we waited even longer and only got are coffee's and still waiting on are food which was about another 5 minutes, poor poor service. read more

We came through tonight at at 9:20pm. I ordered our food and particularly I ordered my daughters food-cheeseburger happy meal with the meat on the side. This is because my daughter does not eat meat. When I got to pay the girl ramble so I did not understand her. I explained my daughters order again and the team member said yes. When we got to the second window we were given our food and surprise my daughters food is wrong. They gave us a regular cheeseburger. Again I told them my daughter does not eat meat please remake this. I pulled into the waiting lane. At 9:50 I am handed a bag with REGULAR CHEESEBURGER AND AN EXTRA BUN IN A CONTAINER!! I go inside and the manager hands me a container with meat cheese and lettuce. the manager said "what the hell do you want me to do?" She then crumbled up the burger. What???I want a cheeseburger the way it comes with the meat on the side. Cheese, pickle, onion .... meat on the side. Then she gave it to me correctly but strangely they thought I said I wanted lettuce with the side of meat. The manager was terrible. Rude and unhelpful. This is not a person I would want to run my staff. These kinds of attitudes poison the the attitude of the rest of the staff. It makes the workplace a hostile environment and this is then sadly taken out on the patrons. There should be better management that lead a staff through busy times and unusual request. I last stopped here over a year ago. Lousy service. Treat customers like criminals. I guess I never learn. Back again. Same lousy service. Stopped in for lunch. Counter had no line and order went OK. McDonalds has a thing about condiments. They do their best to save a nickle on giving you anything that isn't on your receipt. The ketchup pumps were both empty. No salt or pepper on the self service counter. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get pepper and be told they had no ketchup packets. They did send someone to refill the ketchup pumps. This was around noon. I guess they don't think people want more ketchup on their burgers. Whataburger brings condiments to your table with your order. McDonalds acts as if you are robbing them if you ask for condiments. The frosting on the cake was the beggars in the parking lot. Two women were pan handling for some women"s shelter (they said!). Agressive and nasty. This isn't casual dining. It's skid row hash house scarfing and barfing. The ambiance is underwhelming. read more

We stopped at this location for a quick bite and restroom stop on our way to Dallas from Tulsa. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean, especially the bathrooms. I left my set of keys in the lady's restroom, and when I called to see if anyone turned them in, the employee who answered the phone said someone found them. The manager was kind enough to mail me the keys, I really appreciate that gesture! This will become my rest stop when I visit OK for years to come. read more

Sure the food comes out fast but 9 times out of 10 it's wrong and lately they've been FORGETTING to give me part of my order. Like today for instance my wife, my child and I went and they forgot my wife's entire order which was 1/3 of our total order. And this isn't the first time it's constant every time we go there something is wrong, one time the even charged me for someone else's order and gave me the wrong food. And it's gotten worse lately. Even before Covid it was terrible and I've lived here for years so I know just how bad it's gotten. So in conclusion this is a terrible place to eat, if you're able to go somewhere else go there. I went in to this McDonald's to get iced coffee with my girlfriend today. While my girlfriend was ordering for us, I went to use the restroom. When I came back out, she had told me that the person taking her order was very confused with our two iced coffees (meaning we didn't know what drinks we were about to get). While she waited, four separate customers came inside because the workers had messed up their meals. The customers infront of us ordered an Oreo McFlurry. Of course, the machine that stirs the ice cream was broken. So, the employee began stirring the McFlurry by hand, getting his hand inside the customers ice cream and making a mess before serving it. We waited for our iced coffee while people that ordered after us began getting their full meals. I asked the employees if our coffees were forgotten (which they were) and they began making the iced coffee immediately. While making them, the employee said that they didn't have enough coffee made and that we'd have to wait. We didn't end up waiting and I walked out with my half filled iced coffee cup only to find out that the bottom of our cups were filled with coffee grounds. We put those drinks straight in the trash and just wasted 20 minutes for no coffee. If I could put zero stars, I would. read more

My family and I always stop at this McDonald's on our way to Texas. The food is always good! Our last stop passing through on 7/24/15 was the first time that we experienced a problem.
