Went through the drive thru which was a mistake. Requested a double cheeseburger with Mayo and no onions, they got the no onions right, but I paid extra for Mayo but received none. They charge for this now? Got down the road and called them and they said they'd make one correctly for me if I went back through, which I did. Received sack with French fries in it. Promptly took it back in and voiced my displeasure, they said they had almost all new employees, which I get but dang...no wonder I hardly ever eat fast food. My son made an online order. They told him that they never got his order, yet the money came out of his bank account. When he finally got someone to pay attention and get his order made, it was missing food. Tried to call and let them know he was coming for the missing Ostend and they don't answer their phone! This McDonalds has good service, however my concern is more with the people taking orders. Sometimes depending who is running the register your order will be perfect. Sometimes you will end up ordering something that you didn't know you ordered. Surprise! The drink station is always dirty so I am unsure if they ever clean that overflow tray as I have seen mold in there and the counters always have soda on them. It is overall a decent place to eat. Obviously you know the kind of food you're going to get when you go to McDonalds. I was there Sunday afternoon with a group of children and the place was absolutely filthy, it was disgusting. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I was laughed at through the drive-thru because of the sound of my voice. On top of that, they can't even be smart enough to NOT put mustard on a burger when it clearly states so on the ticket. Let's hire some people with some smarts!!
