I went to the drive through tonight and as a pregnancy craving I wanted a fish sandwich and I asked for a double to which they said they could do but when I got home it was a single fish sandwich and I was still charged for the double i was so sad because I was really craving a double and I was hungry. I ordered on the touch screen then had to wait in front of the registers for 12 minutes just to be able to pay until someone finally acknowledged me, the employees would walk right in front of me and not say a thing. I ordered a meal through the app and waited for my order in the designated area app area. While the (2)employees were bringing the order I overheard them speaking negatively as to why people order on the app. It was very shocked and it not something that any employee should be saying about a customer's order. I order using the app for Chic-fila and have never had any issues with people being upset over it because the drive through is slammed at that time. I think this is pure laziness. To make matters worse. My chicken nuggets were old. I ordered a 20piece and a 10piece spicy. The spicy nuggets are not fresh they were like raisins and very old. This particular location seems to always get the order wrong or they completely forget to give you something. This lady with red hair and red eyebrows always has an attitude with us and is VERYYYY RUDE she also uses inappropriate language towards us when we just try to ask a simple question. She always acuses us of things that aren't true, and I believe she's a manager. I believe no one should be treated this way especially by a manager, that should be setting an example to her co workers. read more

Very good service. They put quality care in each order and they are careful with each person in drive through. We feel special each time we order from here! I love the price of the large coke! This McDonald's use to provide excellent customer service, due to an obvious lack of effective Management the services has completely declined. On more than one occasion I have pulled in to the outer drive thru lane when there was a car in the inner lane ordering. That car finishes ordering, pulls away, I sit waiting for someone to acknowledge me which never happens. Then I finally say "hello" and an individual says they will be right with me, but this never happens, instead a new car pulls in to to the other lane and is helped, while I am left sitting waiting for more than 5 minutes. The inside isn't much better, much of the staff is more interested in talking to one another and gossiping about personal situations vs. helping waiting customers. I worked at McDonald's as a teen and our Ownership/Management prided themselves on having a 30 second drive-thru and equally as efficient inside service. Very disappointing. read more

Do yourself a favor and just go the the Main Street McDonald's, which is just about two miles down the road. This place is consistently slow, to the point of waiting 15-20 minutes just to get through their drive thru. There really seems to be no rhyme or reason for the slowness, other than possibly under-staffing or lack of training. Just go swing into Publix in the same shopping center, get yourself a Publix sub or fried chicken, and call it good. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I spent $17 on Mc flurry's there & the customer service is trash I would have better luck dealing with a crack head. So I pull up ordering thing & the girl took my order and said hold on one second came back 5 minutes later and then placed our order & now I'm at the window to pay and the people are sitting there laughing as if something was funny takes my payment & I pull up to the next window to receive the order well she didn't tell me the order was going to take a minute to come out she just said "pull up to the yellow line" kinda rude she could have at least said good evening or something. Horrible location! I stopped by with my family about two weeks ago and there was straight chaos going on. No less than 6 employees were visible including a manager and there was a a long line and several employees walking around clueless while only one person was at the register. Our food order was missing items and our French French fries were burnt and orange in color. We made the mistake of sitting in the lobby to eat and there was an employee with her foot propped on the table with her belongings and she was talking loudly on the phone having a very animated conversation. Also, another employee was "cleaning" the lobby with a swifer type of device where you spray a solution on the floor then sweep/mop the area and he was cleaning and spraying directly around us and then had the audacity to clean right by our chairs and under the table that we were sitting at eating! That was disgusting, unsanitary and just plain rude! We will NEVER come back to this establishment! read more
