I get one Big Mac it's taken 25 minutes those guys they don't care the customer they in side get enjoyment lazy people

I was in this location recently and the floors were greasy and very slippery to walk on, almost like walking on ice. It looked as if the grease on the floors was coming from the employees as they leave the kitchen. Many customers were complaining about the greasy slippery floors and it wouldn't surprise me if a customer actually fell on the floor and injured themselves because the restaurant was careless enough not to clean the grease off the the main floor. I will not be returning to this McDonalds ever again, I will instead go to the corporate owned ones and not the franchise owned McDonalds read more

not only did i wait 25 minutes for 2 drinks, the lady at the window put her hands all over the drinks without gloves. while waiting in line for our drinks we decided to read the yelp reviews luckily the drinks were correct. do not recommend going it's a huge waste of time. read more

I order two sausage, egg, cheese McGriddles and instead received two sausage McGriddles via their app. No egg and no cheese. 2 of 3 peoples meals were ruined. I even checked the bag before we left but because the wrapper said McGriddle, I thought it was accurate. I confirmed on the app I ordered correctly. I immediately complained through the app. They said they'd have someone contact me. That was a month ago & I'm still waiting. That says a lot about how much they care about the customer. read more

I don't want to give this place 1star. I am completely shocked at how HORRIBLE this McDonald's is now. I worked as an assistant manager at this location a few years ago and never ever did it take us more then 5 mins to complete an order on a bad day. Every single time I come here now it takes literally 15-30 minutes to receive my food. Managers??? Owners??? Please do something about this. I know you see these employees and your times dragging! How in the world can you have 10 employees at least on the floor and orders still take any more then 3mins!!! I no longer consider this hell hole fast food Amelia McDonald's is SLOW food! Floors are always disgusting so many employees just standing there taking there sweet time with everything! Unbelievable! BTW Maybe if you guys paid more then $9 an hour you would have better employees. read more

Talk about a place that just can't ever get right. If they aren't screwing up your order, they're serving you cold food that looks like they slapped it together while nodding out on opiates. Considering the area, this wouldn't surprise me. If you are headed east on 125, take the extra 10 mins and go to the one in Bethel. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. After waiting forever in line (so slow) I had to repeat my order 4 times and they only got my drink! I then explained that they did not get the rest of my order and they would not take it. They need to hire people who are competent to run the drive thru. I have never been to a McDonald's that was this bad at managing their drive thru. I went right across the street to Dunkin' Donuts and they were extremely efficient! They got my order correct after one time and moved me through quickly. So if you need breakfast don't bother stopping at this McDonald's because your order will be screwed up. read more

So I walk into mcdonalds and I order and they carelessly slam my food on the table and then this guy found a wallet and turned it in and the MANAGER was like "oh" and slammed it on a table and didn't even ask anyone if it was theirs. Then I order ice cream for my sister and my grandma and then once I get them the ice cream is literally half way off the cone and the two mc flurries were spilling out of the cup and the Oreos weren't even mixed Into it. Then only like 2 tables were clean. Terrible. I do not suggest it. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Most are fast and friendly but not this one. Tonight in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and got to the pickup window; inside I saw the employees standing and joking around with no urgency. When I got home my food was cold and fries were stale. Terrible location! read more

There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Got somewhere to be and want to get a quick bite? Don't stop here, you'll be late. Even after dinner time you'd think they would be faster. Nope, they work a skeleton crew. They're even slower. I ordered 3 Rolo McFlurrys after 9:00pm. It was a 10-15 minute wait with one car in front of me at the drive thru. When I got home to eat my McFlurry, it wasn't what I ordered. It had what tasted like strawberry cheesecake on the bottom with ice cream on top with a little bit of Rolos in it. It was gross and made me think I got some employee's McFlurry concoction, because I don't believe McD's has anything like strawberry cheesecake on their menu. This McDonald's has been here For a very long time. I haven't eaten here in probably 15 years. It is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. I watched people wait a long time for their food. The lady before me was timing her filet of fish order it was over 15 min. My order was probably equally as long. The person who came in after me observed the conversation about the fish sandwich and decided to leave the resturant. My wife and I finally got our order and the new guy behind me was waiting on his order. I sat near the front to observe the s--t show. As we ate Our dinner I watched him see patroons who ordered after receive their orders. He began to fume ask twice to speak to manager. I don't know what was said but he asked for his money back. Then to my surprise he re-ordered I think just to get even and take up her time.. He waited on fire for his new order and stormed out the door after receiving it........just to give you a time line we were done eating and stayed to watch the free show..... This was not an issue of understaffing (l counted 4 at window at at least 6 employees in the back of the house)...........Terrible customer service and at the core of the problem was the manager........I probably will wait another 15 years before I go back to the location. read more

My preschool aged daughters and I had an incredibly rude McDonald's employee kick the girls out of the play place because he wanted to clean it. Normally I would have no issue with this, but he was supposed to have been in there cleaning since 7 AM. we had been having breakfast outside the play area since 8:30 and no one was in the play place, which opened at 9. A little after 9 we went inside to play & 15 minutes later we were told to "get up out of here RIGHT NOW" by an incredibly rude employee who was mouthing off about "bitches" like me after we asked if we could let the girls play for 10 more minutes. I was appalled and VERY unhappy that my girls had witnessed this and had to endure this disgusting treatment. Needless to say they were terrified and in tears. Upon talking to the manager, we were offered cookies. "Disgusted" doesn't even begin to explain my sentiments toward this visit. read more

I refuse to go back their. The average drive thru wait time is 20-30 minutes. you will always get old, cold, nasty food. I had another awful visit last night to the Amelia, OH McDonalds. I stopped in about 7:45pm 10/16/17 to get my wife a McGriddle for breakfast the next morning since she goes to work before anything opens. We waited in line after ordering about 15 minutes to get to the window We were 4th in line with all the wait time on the first car. Once we get to the window we are ask if it was ok to wait 7 minutes for them to make a McGriddle. I just said no because were were already in line well past what we expected and I asked for my money back. The manager came over and I asked her why would I have to wait for them to make it if I had already be in line for 15 minutes. Rather than give me my money back, I was now told it would be two minutes. I get the sandwich and drive off. My intuition told me to check the sandwich. It was hard as a rock. Why the hell would they sever such crap knowing my preference was to get my money back. This absolutely sucked. I lost 20 minutes in a drive thru, late to my next destination, and had a crappy sandwich not worth eating. On top of that I ordered a McChicken, it was cold and dry. I get I ordered a breakfast sandwich in the evening, but that's on MCd's for promoting all day breakfast and their responsibility to serve quality food.
