I went to Mcdonald's around 9:30ish and they took forever to make my food, they gave me the wrong toy, and they didn't give me any sauce that i ordered. If they make me wait so long for it I expect to get my order correct and not be missing anything. Do better. read more

The service is horrendous. Wait times are absolutely appalling. Only one in line and it takes 15 minutes for 10 nuggets.... I used to work at a McDonald's.... I know the fryer cook times................ read more

Service?? What service? There were only three people working over the lunch hour and my husband and I were able to go across town and get our food before his parents had their food. Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have been to in my life. Would give it zero stars if I could. read more

I had to ask for my food that was clearly sitting behind the counter. As well as the friend I was there with. By the time I did ask for my food, all the food was cold. The food was not hidden or set in a place for someone not to see it, it was in plain sight. read more

Service was terrible three months ago and it has not changed! Cashier who took our order was a bit on the rude side and we loved the iced coffees from McDonald's but today these taste so watered down. And the flies, holy smokes there was so much flies! read more

Bathrooms and walls were filthy. Mcnuggets were not cooked through, pop was flat. Slow service

Apparently they don't want any business. Impossible to order through the drive-through as no one is operating it. Cannot order through the mobile app due to "issues". So we were forced to go inside where we found that the doors had just been locked, even though there was a large family inside. After pounding on the door and one of the customers open the door for us, We were greeted with "well we're shortstaffed". OK, so is every other restaurant & business in the country right now. read more

Terrible service!!! Waited over 1/2 hour & got the wrong order. People behind us had the same problem. Staff acts dumb, as if they don't know they are screwing up the orders. The order numbers don't match. I told them this is totally unacceptable, they don't care. We'll go to Arby's next time. Also, I noticed that when older people were waiting for their food, McDonalds served the younger ones first & the older folks were waiting for a half hour & longer. CLEARLY AGE DISCRIMINATION!!! read more

They don't know what they are doing. Tried to order an americano coffee, they had no idea how to make. Really? Their machine does it all for them. The place looked very unkept and smelled bad too. Their are better places in town. read more

They always forget something! On multiple occasions I have had to go back or call because they never give you your stuff. When you go in the store the managers are always mean. I could would say names, but I'm not like that. The girls that work there are usually really nice. read more

Quick, Easy, clean. Best of all you know exactly what to expect. Phone app makes MickeDs even easier.

Terrible food. Biscuits are always stale and hard. Bacon is burnt. I keep going back because I don't have many choices but I think I am done. No more. read more

we'll the cashier got my order wrong and then he and the manager acted like I was an asshole for complaining about being overcharged ten dollars and expecting a correction or any kind of explanation. two breakfast meals -twenty two dollars. what do you expect Karen- there's tax on it. read more

This McDonald's is awful. The kiosks to pay are stupid. The employee didn't know how to run it at all and we couldn't hear her talk. They wouldn't let us have our order taken at the counter. It took way longer to order than it should have. The only good thing was that our food was ready quick. read more

Typical McDonald's.. Good food good service.. Currently remodeling drive thru a super pain because of it.. But didn't affect service

This is hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Working for the railroad, I work odd hours, and a lot of times this is the only place open, unfortunately. On one occasion I ordered a quarter pounder and took it back to work. I bit Into it and the meat was frozen in the middle. I took it back a day later and they did provide a replacement meal. On another occasion I ordered coffee and took a sip and it was old and cold. The girl apologized and replaced it at least. At breakfast, on too many occasions I get stale biscuits. The service is completely subpar. The quality of the food here is not good and is not fresh. I've pulled up to place an order and been rudely told "hang on". Minutes later I just drive away. I keep giving them opportunities but they disappoint me almost every time. I honestly do not know how this place stays in business. I like to vote with my dollars, and I will not be giving anymore of mine to this establishment. read more

This place failed to be fast food. Once we got stuck in the driveway for 20 minutes. We didn't even move for like 15 minutes. Today after ordering our mcflurry, they said the machine didn't work, but they didnt call us up we just had to go ask. We finally got our money back and left. They gave us Canadian money back. read more

The ice cream machine is literally always down but besides that, fast service and decent food.

This place is awful. Orders take forever, the tables were nasty, and the staff is incompetent. In fact, when I went into the bathroom I saw one of then standing by the sink reading a book. read more
