He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my pregnancy, which is something I am beyond grateful for. When it came time for delivery, my baby had other plans and I ended up needing a C-section. Thankfully, Dr. Nickel had already taken the time to explain everything to me beforehand so that when the moment came, it wasn't scary or rushed. Because of his preparation and clear communication, my C-section went smoothly and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Leading up to delivery & after delivery I appreciated his check ins, it was nice to see a friendly face around! The nurses and staff at his practice are also absolutely outstanding. She's kind, smart and all about making sure you understand what she's doing and why. I so appreciate that. Dr. Foltz has also helped me get through a miscarriage and complete molar pregnancy. These were dark days for my family and we had so many questions. Dr Foltz and her nurse Cindy, were there every step of the way. I would literally get personal calls from Dr Foltz or Cindy just to check in and make sure I was doing OK. With the molar pregnancy I was at the lab doing test 2 times a week for 8weeks. It can be agonizing waiting for results, but Dr Foltz and Cindy would usually get me test results in 24-48 hours to ease my mind. I can't tell you how much this meant to my husband and I helped decrease stress. Dr Foltz cares...like for real. Plus she is super nice and cool and feels like a friend. To me this type of care is priceless and I'm forever grateful.

In the event we go in for a follow up they demand payment & you have not even gotten the paper statement yet. It is so bizarre. I went into the BL Clinic approx a month ago to make an appointment with my doctor. First, I was told that he was out of office until end of September. Ok, no worries, can I see one of his associates that is covering his patients? Then she tells me they have no staff available until end of October. I am sorry no staff. Ot was eerily quiet. There were no staff walking around the halls. I never saw a single patient. No other explanation was available. The walk in clinic downstairs is the only option. It took 3 hours to be seen. There was ONE provider and they were turning people away. Something is going on & it would be nice if someone would tell us what! Did everyone quit. Is this about the mandates? The endless masks? What is happening??

My only complaint is that the billing department here isn't exactly as good as they could be, but eventually I got everything fixed--and Dr. Jolly's care didn't change because of any of it although of course my visit had to be reexamined to adjust the bill. Bottom line: Dara Jolly rocks. Just review your bills carefully, as the yin-yang of the world means that Dr. Jolly's awesomeness has to be balanced out somehow, such as in the billing department.
