They couldn't schedule me for a new doctor visit until December, and that was back in February when my doctor left that I scheduled. Now they will not refill any of my prescriptions to treat my chronic conditions until I see a doctor... Who can't see me until December!!!! This is what you get for being a 12 year patient at this clinic. Don't waste your time or your energy going here because they don't care about you.

Dr. Garner was my mom's doctor for years when I was a teenager. Later, she became my Dr. & has even…read moreseen my own daughter's for medical care. I followed her from Federal Way, to Puyallup, to Bonney Lake. I would even travel further if I needed to. She is amazing. She takes the time to listen and truly cares about me. I know, currently, she has taken a leave from Fransiscan, and I know her patient's are missing her. I am! The only thing that could get between her patient's & her care, would be an ethical reason that she didn't agree with. Dr. Garner & I share a love for God. We never voiced this to each other but I knew it. If patient care or " standard of care" practices made her question the quality of care, Dr. Garner would stand up for herself & her patients. I have researched the 4 years, regarding the pandemic practices by our gov. & health agencies, and am shocked by what I have found. This isn't easily available info., and not on mainstream media sources. But it's from the gov. or agencies directly through FOIA papers. Dr. Garner may also have personal family issues to focus on. I wish her the best and hope to see her again. Her history as a dr. is beyond stellar in my book! I hope if she is standing on principle with Fransiscan, she stands her ground. People will find care elsewhere. Too many cower to corporations. I admire this, if it is the case. You're a hero!

My doctor and my nurse has always treated me with respect and always tried to make things easy for me, such as, getting me referrals for a specialist. I use their app, and when I send a message regarding a question, my nurse is super quick and timely in her response. In person, they're kind and they make me feel comfortable when talking to them about my general health check-up or other issues that I have encountered.

Someone by the name of Alex called, did not say who he was with. Said they need to reschedule because I have not been seen in years (that's a lie, I was last seen in April of 2024 at that location), that my appointment needed to be a NEW patient. Funny, when I called to make said apt 3 months ago I clearly stated that my dr retired and I needed to establish new care from a new doctor. I am about 90% sure that this was the same person who took the apt so he screwed up. He did not leave a call back number. Instead he left the message then called my emergency contact during business hours and told them they needed to get me on the phone. A reschedule apt is NOT a reason to call your emergency contact. Now I have to wait another 4 months to be seen by another doctor because ALEX could not do his job!

Took about 3.5 hours of my morning. The front office people were nice and helpful though. Just go somewhere else if you actually want help.

An additional PLUS is that they are affiliated with Virginia Mason Health, so all my records/medications can be reviewed when I visit with them. UPDATE - When we go to Prompt Care, they estimate how long of a wait it will be. You register and then they call you when it's about 15 minutes from you being seen! SUCH a wonderful service, so we do not have to wait in a waiting room for 2 hours.
