I've been a patient of Dr. Procopio for around 5 years now and she has totally changed my life!!…read moreThanks to her, I've never felt healthier or more energetic. She really listens and responds to all concerns in the most genuine way and I never feel like she's distracted or rushing to get to the next patient. She's incredibly bright and passionate about her work and interpersonally she's a total peach. We've done a lot of testing and work together that I never really thought I'd have access to in my life. She analyzed my raw data from DNA testing, we got to the bottom of hidden allergy issues, and we do regular micronutrient shots and IVs. I also have tricky veins and she is pretty much the only person I trust to find them. With her, nothing seems intimidating or overwhelming. It's really hard to imagine anyone having a bad experience with her. I've referred at least a dozen people her way over the years and everyone agrees that she is just the BEST! Side note: I love this whole office. The front desk people are great and I've seen many of the doctors here for small side visits and you can tell that they are really just a great group of people. Also, they are ALWAYS on time AND there's parking which really feels like a Seattle miracle.

From treating…read moresinus infections to systemic chronic issues to receiving iron infusions when anemic, I am so grateful for the care, empathy, and kindness I've received at NMOS. Appointments are long enough to have a conversation and for your provider to "see the whole picture" - and actually get to know you. I've always been treated as a "whole person" instead of just as a number or as a disease. I appreciate that my provider always provides options and involves me in decisions and encourages autonomy. I see Kara Menzer N.D. (who is wonderful and HAES aligned) related to women's health and Ian McLogan N.D. (Also gender affirming and HAES aligned) for everything else - and I am so so so immensely grateful for him. Dr. McLogan is absolutely everything I've ever and could ever want in a PCP. He's brilliant, compassionate, honest, down to earth, and a truly wonderful human being.

I was seeing Dr. Cabodi for a number of years prior to moving to Tennessee. Aside from my family…read moreand friends, she was about the only thing I missed about Seattle. I am currently back in town for several months, and she has graciously taken me back as a patient. She is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive Dr. I have ever met, often responding to emails long after-hours. Most importantly, Dr. Cabodi listens to her patients and always suggests the simplest, least invasive, and most natural treatment she can first, rather than immediately pulling out the prescription pad. Her support staff is equally excellent. Dr. Cabodi is the absolute best, and I can't recommend her enough.

Try a different Podiatry department someplace else. I found…read morethem unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful. I was 9 minutes late to an X-ray they told me I MUST have before the appointment (same building). When I took the Elevator upstairs they refused to see me because I was 9 minutes late. It took me 5 weeks to get this appointment. They were telling me it was going to be at least another two (mid March) and to come back. The doctor I was scheduled to see even came out of her office (eating) to tell me she couldn't see me because she was seeing other patients. Oh really? It was still my appointment time when she told me this. Liar! I left asking for a supervisors number. I am no longer interested in the Podiatrists at Polyclinic... please do your research!

Dr. Sheckter has been my primary care physician since I moved to Seattle almost 7 years ago, and I…read morecan't say enough good things about her. This is coming from a guy who's dad was his primary care doc for many years, too. She has my complete trust, and she is genuine in her care. The same goes for Dr. Friedman, who I've seen a couple of times while Dr. Sheckter was out. Barb is also a really caring and wonderfully constant presence in their office. I was in horrible shape and was in line to have terrible heart disease, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, etc etc etc. This team If you're looking for quality care that's genuine, this is the place to go.

Only much later did I really learn how important it was that she knew enough at the time to run the test for the specific type of diabetes that I had. In 26 plus years I have had so many needs for her expert care or referrals to other medical specialties. I also cannot say enough good things about the other caregivers that she has referred me to. I have certainly put Dr. Sheckter to the test of all of her knowledge with my laundry list of ailments, yet she passed all the tests. First, she listens well. Second, she always has the knowledge to make the correct answer. This might mean knowing when the specialist needs to be called in. Third, she clearly communicates what needs to happen next. I come from a family of medical professionals and have first hand knowledge of what excellent treatment looks like and this is it. The whole office experience is intimate, friendly, and just plain first rate. M.T.

Dr. Candelario is an absolutely wonderful physician- patient, professional, and kind to our son (who is a bit of a screamer when it comes to anticipated vaccines). He's been a comforting presence as we've figured out our way through two years of covid with a young child and I'm just so sorry that he, and all other medical professionals, have born such a burden. We almost didn't pick this clinic as I gave birth in a different hospital system and thought it might be easier to just stay there. When we asked the neonatal nurses their opinion, however, they highly recommended Virginia Mason university village (as did three of my colleagues). I'm so glad we stuck with that advice. It's such a relief to know your kid is in good hands. Ps: the nurses on their hotline are also consistently fantastic and have offered so much important advice from early issues (tear duct infection, weight loss) to our recent covid episode. I cannot recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Candelario, enough.

I'm adding this review for another experience. My two kids have been coming here since birth on the recommendation of a friend. At this point, I think we've seen all of the doctors and had excellent medical care. My concerns are listened to with kindness, empathy, and understanding. Everything is explained in a respectful way. We've been there for colds, viruses, alllllll the Covid tests during the pandemic, broken bones, pneumonia, mental health concerns, and more complicated problems. There is an in-house xray machine, radiologist, bloodwood, vaccine clinic, and probably more. The front desk staff have been friendly. The lobby and medical rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is easy access and we love grabbing lunch or coffee after a doctor's appointment.
