Our situation was a bit unique: we needed the old panel removed and then a day or two to replace siding, insulation, and address any issues we found inside the walls before the new panel could be installed. Mario was incredibly accommodating with our unusual schedule. He showed up early, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job--all at a very reasonable price. When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. He also shared valuable advice and insights that were extremely helpful for our project. Although he honored his original quote without any increase, we felt it was only right to pay him a little extra as a professional courtesy. We'll absolutely work with him again. In our experience, it's rare to find an electrician who is both highly skilled and genuinely fair.

Wanting clarity, I called Dietrich to better understand the scope of the work he completed and whether it could be related. I explained that I wasn't sure of the exact terminology and simply wanted to learn more. Instead of offering a professional explanation, he immediately became defensive, speaking to me in a condescending manner as if I were accusing him of something--which was not my intention at all. When I pointed out that the issue only began after his work, his response was, "That's what happens when you buy a used house," which I found extremely rude and dismissive. He then told me to "contact an electrician" if the problem persisted--as though that were not his line of work. While the original repair may have been completed, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service during my interaction was unacceptable.
