Even when we had one communication mix-up, they were able to turn it into a "positive" result by responding immediately to correct the error. They also adjusted my existing irrigation to reflect current needs as I no longer have to water much of the lawn, They capped a few heads, and converted some of the system to drip irrigation. I mostly dealt with William and Andrew, who were both friendly and easy to work with, and very professional. Kelly in the office, with whom I texted, was also responsive and helpful.
