I called Sue Crowe's office on Monday July 15th to verify that they received notification of the cancellation, which was confirmed. Because I canceled my insurance on July 13th and my autopay came out on 7/15/25 I was told I would receive a reimbursement check for the premium payment, which I never received. When I called on Friday, August 8th to inquire where my reimbursement check was, I was told they would look into it and get back with me. I received a call on Monday, August 11th informing me that I would not be reimbursed for the premium payment which covers from July 15th to August 15th. By keeping the premium payment for insurance on the motorcycle that I no longer own is not only fraudulent but is also conversion. It is illegal to charge customers for a policy which was cancelled prior to the autopay, the motorcycle was sold and not be reimbursed.

We have provided all the documentation needed for the price that they told us it would be and they still keep trying to tell us they didn't receive it, but I have a paper trail. It is all negligence on their part. That being said we switched over to AAA insurance for a cheap monthly bill as well.
