Drivers had no tickets. Drivers all had high credit scores. The quotes were so high, I thought they were a joke. When I got there I gave my name to the secretary and from the shitty box from the corner opposite of the room he says, "Not good, 12 points?" Okay, yes, I had a shitton of points, but even then, you don't just oust someone's status. The old man agent came out and was completely fucking rude to me. I decided to go with AAA because they're so helpful with roadside assistance. The agent comes with the paperwork and there's several pages and explanations and I don't even get a FUCKING chair to sit in. I had to be on my knees at the reception area.
