To make matters more complicated for me, I am flying out on vacation as soon as I get home. Needless to say, I was concerned about my vacation plans if something major was wrong. I called the office this morning and explained the situation. Even though I am not a patient of the office, they agreed to see me this afternoon. When I showed up, the office was busy, so I really appreciated that they squeezed me in. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. They called my dental insurance company. Even though they are not participating in my plan, they researched how much my plan would pay for the check up and any x-rays. This was really going out of their way, instead of simply billing me and letting me figure out the insurance. The dental assistant was pleasant, talked with me about why I was there, and took an x-ray before getting the dentist. The dentist was pleasant, professional and helpful. She examined the tooth, and gave me the good news and bad news. I'll need a crown, but the tooth and filling are solid and should get me through my vacation with no trouble. She smoothed out the sharp edge, smoothed it some more when it was still a little sharp, and I was back to work. By the way, the office is beautiful and modern. If I didn't live six hours away, I would be back to have the crown done and would make them my regular dentist. Thank you to the dentist and the staff.

He was telling her how decayed my tooth iw is and how he never has done a filling on a tooth that bad. It was the way they were whispering. I felt uncomfortable and judged because i had a bad tooth. After the filling he tells me " it may last 6 years, 6 days or 6 hours." Wowww Doc. Thanks for that Fast forward I had to call of a Friday to reschedule a Monday appointment. The office was closed. I called a little after 3. Because it was a weekend I guess they charged me 75$ for canceling. Wouldn't see me until i paid that. I ended up needing a tooth pulled. They wouldn't see me until i came in for a cleaning. I eneded up having to pay almost 800$ for an urgent care appointment. ​Fast forward i found a different dentist and the receptionist asked for a emailed copy of my trays. They said i would need to be paid 30$ to email it. I said absolutely not. The law in NY is they can only charge for the physical labor of emailing the document and the patient does not have to pay the email system, which they were charging me for. However after I stated this they said they didn't have the record. Lies!! I already have severe anxiety of dentists and this man and his staff didn't help. He acts like it's an inconvenience to do his job and has forgotten that the patient's are customers. I notice with every negative review there is a follow up directly contradicting the negative remarks. Obviously his staff , family, and friends in my opinion. My review is honest!! I can assure you of that. ​

He took the time to make sure they understood their treatment, what was happening, and why. He was so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Leading up to surgery, the day of, and even afterward, I called at least 10 times with questions. Not once did anyone seem annoyed. Two years ago a tooth broke off the day before I was flying to China. They worked me in and did a quick repair so that I didn't have to worry about infection while in China. This year that tooth needed a root canal - it was extremely painful. I couldn't get into an endodontist for two weeks so Dr. Cesario skipped his lunch and did it himself. Not an ounce of pain! I live about 30 miles away and have dozens of dentist offices between my home and Cesario's and I'm never even tempted to find a closer doctor. I highly wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cesario!
