I scheduled a repair of my home boiler for 14 May 2024. The technician, Garret, called ahead…read morebefore arriving. He checked it out and we discussed probable issues that needed to be addressed. He worked 4.5 hours on it while I watched and assisted as needed. His diagnosis and recommendations were on the mark and his approach was logical and efficient. Garret was an impressive young man, is competent and respectful. The price and value were fair and reasonable. His brother, Gage, had serviced our 4 mini-splits on 27 March 2024 and did a superb job, as well. I highly recommend Air Management Technologies from Lewisburg, PA for all of your HVAC, Boiler, and air handling needs.

I had a gentleman contact me quickly once I applied to find someone on YELP. The man stopped by later that day and explained everything in detail, patiently, so I could understand and we decided on what work needed to be done. He came today 3/27/21 on a Sat. to do the work and I was very satisfied with everything that was completed and clean-up was excellent. We already set up for him to do another job I need done during the summer. I could not be happier and would recommend MPSH to anyone.

Awful first (and last) time customer. Had a specific part needing replaced, indicated that when…read moreappt. was made. Tech was 3hrs late from time provided. Showed up without the part, later found a 'used' one in his van. Sat in my driveway for over 40 mins. throughout appt., also said he had to 'go back to the shop' twice, once sitting in driveway for 20 mins., next was leaving for 10 mins., then sat in driveway another 10 mins. Tore apart wall thermostat, which wasn't a problem. Husband came home from work, had tech show him the replacement unit, and husband pointed out it was wired wrong. Tech had wired it wrong! So for the 3hrs he was there, should have been maybe 1hr of work had he known what he was doing. He then re-wired it and it worked....I get billed for 3hrs! THEN woman manager argued with me over the bill when I called to say there's no way I'm paying for their tech's incompetence and I'd agree to pay for 1hr. She was SUPER rude even after I pointed out how rude she was being to me. This was not my fault and the tech coming and going, sitting in my driveway, not bringing a part, then finding it, wiring it wrong, tearing apart my wall unit for no reason...... I'm sorry, I am not paying for 3hrs of him not actually performing the job. Unreal, more upset over the woman manager being so rude and not even wanting to listen. She over-talked me, raised her voice so I couldn't talk, and even snickered when I said I knew the owner and went to school with him and I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate how she treated customers! Never again. I even got charged for a new part when the tech flat-out told me it was used and he found it in his van!

I had one contractor from a different company come in and he gave me a price but said he would not be able to repair until a week later. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Spoke with Robert G dent staff, set up a consultation for a new unit, had my old unit checked out,…read moreand ultimately decided to replace the 18 year-old system. They showed up on time, they provided professional services, left the place clean and orderly after the work was complete, and followed up to make sure everything was operating correctly. They offered a great warranty, a great product, and a great price, so I have no complaints. I had dealt with another local vendor for many years, and Robert G Dents service and customer service was much better in my option. I'm happy I switched for a multitude of reasons. Thanks for getting my new system installed!!

The problem was that we had no control of the temperature in the two downstair zones. 10 months, 4 visits, and about $1800 in bills later, they finally found the problem: a clogged 10' copper fuel line. I could have replaced that line with PVC for about $10 dollars, yet Dent specifically itemized $500 for replacement of that line! When I asked in writing for a more detailed itemization of that item, the response was another invoice for the same amount + a late payment fee. Dent installed two furnaces in my house including the ducting throughout our 19th century home. We had worked with Terry Dent, son of Robert G., happily for 30 years. Terry's son, Justine, then took over the business and everything seems to have gone downhill from there.

When the fireplace broke, Maddie discussed options with us to replace the fireplace and then scheduled Ryan to come by soon and give us an estimate. When Ryan came, he discussed fireplace options and installation concerns with us. Ryan also took the time to investigate, clean, and fix the fireplace before he left. Now we have a working fireplace to hold us over until we can schedule its replacement. We were very pleased with Fired Up Fireplaces and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new fireplace to maintain/repair an existing fireplace.

Came out in a timely manner. Checked the unit and got it lit almost immediately. Asked what the problem was and he joked saying that it was magic. We discovered later that we weren't using the remote correctly which was why the igniter wasn't sparking. He was there about 1/2 hour. Said he would send us the bill. Got the bill a few days later for $169!! Obviously, I was shocked. Seems they should have told us before taking on the service call that they charge $300/hour. The invoice stated, "reprogrammed the remote". I sent them 2 emails advising of my question regarding the charges, but they never gave me the courtesy of a response. I cannot recommend this company.
