Lion Country Contracting was highly recommended to us by a trusted friend and contractor. After meeting with Paul, we were so impressed that we decided that while we were adding the patio roof, now was the time to have further exterior renovations made. Not only did we add the patio roof, but we also included a complete update of the exterior of our home. This included window framing along with new siding, facia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts. Basically, the entire exterior of our house was updated. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and the results! Paul worked with us throughout the design process as we determined the layout of the porch, the type and color of the siding and trim, and other details. He was extremely patient and made helpful recommendations as we attempted to decide on each feature. In all cases, Paul's recommendations resulted in a renovation that exceeded our expectations. The entire project took less than three weeks. Paul was there every day working along side his other three team members. We have no idea why he never returned to finish it. We have called him, texted him and written letters begging him to finish the job as contracted. He doesn't take our calls and ignores letters and text messages.The steps are required by code and are part of the written contract with us that he signed before starting this step replacement project. Don't trust him to finish any project that you hire him for! He is erratic and can be unreliable.Poorly run business.Avoid!!.
