That's not gonna fly and they know it. I just left. Place is absolutely useless. I'll go to Home Depot or make the drive to Topeka for Lowe's next time.

Five years later it has gotten to a point where it was a tripping hazard for me and I am having to have the entire floor replaced, at great expense and time. I'm working with a different company and their installers have informed me that the slab was not prepared properly, no moisture sealant was applied. I'm a senior on a fixed income, so this has been a serious financial burden for me. I would not recommend Floor Trader for vinyl plank flooring on a concrete slab foundation, primarily because of their installers.
