Unfortunately when the tenant move in, she wrote a very concise complaints about how the kitchen, fridge, oven and bathroom are still very dirty and requires cleaning. The tenant met up with her a couple times to do a money exchange after signing papers, and she mentioned how Lindsey was only concerned about the money transactions instead of good service to both me as the owner of the house and renters. In her words, "I do not have anything to do with the house, after this transaction is done, call the owner for any concerns." I have tried to email her multiple times, and all I get for a reply is that she didn't have anything to do with the service performed, and if I wanted her to re-arrange cleaning, then I will have to pay her for a arrangement service fee of $100 + however much the cleaning fees are. She did not take any kind of responsibilities in any task she performed. I will strongly suggest not to hire anyone from this company.

I found the kitchen ceiling sloping & waving with more than 2 inches difference from 1 side of kitchen to the other. I found front porch with multiple nails sticking out, broken boards , & installation exposed. Back covered patio sloping to drain water into house instead of away. I was told the house was cleaned that morning yet, every window had paint & caulk splatter on them. The entire house was dirty & dusty. The Fence had been ripped out for the next door neighbor pipe issue & I was told it would be "fixed", they just put the same fence back up with broken boards!! Bathroom all needed grout touch up. Caulking throughout the entire house was needed. When I walked into the closets, they were NOT painted thoroughly & still had exposed Sheetrock & screws. There were multiple other issues. I was told I would not have any $$ returned if I didn't want the house. I have been told I had to use their financial services to get any closing cost assistance. Landon homes has treated me HORRIBLE!! I will tell u from this experience PLEASE use a different builder!! This was a nightmare & it's still not over. I have requested answers & nothing. I changed my entire life for this house & they just disregard me & my concerns constantly. They do NOT CARE ABOUT customers. Just $$
