We first worked with Mario back in 2003 with our first home because we needed major remodeling. After that experience, I knew I had found someone I could trust. In 2012, after a house fire, Mario was the first person I called, and once again, he helped us rebuild and restore our home with care and professionalism.
When we later bought our current home, we hired MCR for both exterior and interior renovations. A few years later, we brought them back again for additional updates. Then in 2021, after our pipes burst during the freeze, Mario was there for us once again. Most recently, after Hurricane Beryl, we had severe wind-driven rain come through the upstairs, down the walls, and into our floors. The water damage was extensive, and we needed major repairs, including flooring replacement, drywall, and exterior work. Once again, MCR stepped in and took care of everything.
Each time, we consider using a larger company, but after meeting with Mario, we are always confident in choosing MCR. He is honest, responsive, and truly cares about the quality of his work and his clients.
Mario is very hands-on and shows up regularly to check on the job and make sure everything is going well. He takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with every decision. He truly goes above and beyond.
He has always been fair with pricing, transparent, and generous, and he consistently delivers beautiful, high-quality work.
We would not hesitate for a second to recommend Mario Rios and MCR Construction to our friends and family. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your home, for for major projects or unexpected repairs Mario is the person to call.
