They are too busy to keep you as a patient and do not care to keep you around. I was recommended to…read moreget a cleaning sooner than my yearly. I scheduled it as I was sitting in the chair with my hygienist. she even said she would be the one to clean my teeth that date. When the time came they texted me a day before saying there will not be anyone here to clean your teeth, and that I needed to reschedule. The next available date was four months out. It was actually after my next scheduled appointment. I just called to get that date in November rescheduled. They told me the next available date was in April. It will be almost a year since I've gotten my previous cleaning when they suggested I get two cleanings a year. When I told the front desk person that I was upset, she said its ok because there are many other clients. They don't care about you.

They even printed out a treatment plan with that amount and had me sign and date the paper. On 7/24 I had work done and got temporary teeth. At check out, the office girls told me the total was 1321.88. a 434.00 dollar difference, on 9/25/25 I received another bill for an additional 586.80. I was ripped off, billing practices are terrible. The young girls there will not help, each time they take money from me its "sorry" and they blame insurance. DO NOT use Taos Dental Group. They are just taking as much money as they can get away with. Billing practices are terrible, people are terrible, communication by the entire staff is terrible. You would think someone would communicate if a bill is going to be 2 grand. They sent me a bill after I was told I was paid in full. If you don't pay it, they just send it to collections. what a rip off, way better dentists in Taos. Wish I had never gone there. I hope this experience with Taos Dental Group is over(unless they decide to send me another bill) What a joke.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ujda and her incredible team. From start to finish,…read moreevery visit has been an outstanding experience, and it's clear that they truly go above and beyond for their patients. The moment you walk into the office, you're welcomed by a warm, professional, and friendly staff that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The environment is clean, modern, and very well organized, which already sets a great first impression. You can tell that they take pride not only in their work but also in creating a positive and stress-free atmosphere for everyone who walks through their doors. One of the things that impressed me the most is the level of technology they use. Dr. Ujda's office is equipped with some of the highest quality and most advanced dental technology available. This makes a huge difference in the overall experience--procedures are more efficient, precise, and far more comfortable than what you might expect at a typical dental office. It really gives you confidence that you're receiving top-tier care. What truly sets Dr. Ujda and her team apart, though, is their sincerity and honesty. They genuinely care about your well-being and are incredibly transparent when it comes to treatments and procedures. There's never any pressure or confusion. Instead, they take the time to walk you through everything in detail, explaining your options clearly and making sure you fully understand each step before moving forward. That level of communication is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Ujda herself is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She listens carefully to any concerns and answers questions thoroughly, making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Her team reflects that same level of professionalism and kindness--they work seamlessly together and create an environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Another thing worth mentioning is how gentle and considerate they are during procedures. Whether it's a routine cleaning or something more involved, they are always mindful of your comfort and take the extra time to ensure everything is done with care and precision. Overall, this is easily one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. It's not just about the high-quality technology or the expertise--it's the genuine care, honesty, and attention to detail that truly make the difference. If you're looking for a dental office that combines advanced technology with sincere, patient-focused care, I highly recommend Dr. Ujda and her entire team. They truly set the standard for what a dental experience should be.

First, let me state that this review has nothing to do with the dental services provided by Dr…read more Riesenberger. For as much as he worked on me he seems talented and experienced. This has to do with his support staff. Today I was notified BY TEXT that my hygienist was sick and they would have to reschedule my cleaning appointment. Fair enough. But this was the THIRD TIME in two years that this has happened to me. When I called to reschedule, the receptionist (I'll refrain from using her name) at the front desk told me they didn't have any appointments until July. This was the same party line as the previous two times where I bit my tongue and rescheduled four months down the line. But I suppose the third time is a charm. I questioned why if the cancellation was their fault they couldn't squeeze me in earlier. Again, the receptionist sounded like a parrot. "We don't have anything available until July." Again, I tried to convince her that this was on Milagro Dental. I made the appointment a year ago. I confirmed by text. I was ready to go. But THEY cancelled. Shouldn't they accommodate me? Still, the receptionist was holding firm. "We don't have anything available until July." Exasperated, I thanked her for her time and hung up. It's disconcerting that the corporate mentality of treating the client that a piece of dirt has invaded small town Sante Fe. But I suppose that won't impact this receptionist until AI takes over her position and she's out of a job. Time to find a new dentist.
