I asked for a bag cause I was on foot. he started SCREAMING at me. idk what that's about. I left. I came back a few minute later to ask for a refund when i calmed down. and he started screaming at me again. infront of other customers. I have no idea how this guy stays in business. someone needs to teach him a lesson in customer service. don't give this guy your business there's a nice liquor store in chicopee center that's got your back.

Yesterday, I brought a $42 bottle of Pinot noir. Cuvasion 2013 vintage. I opened it last night with…read morea bottle opener and the cork broke in half and turned into dust in the center. There was cork in the wine and half the cork is in the bottle. I went to exchange the wine today and the pay at the cash register just said that she needs to talk to the distributor to get a credit. As a customer, that isn't my issue. I did not buy wine from the distributor I brought it from this store. I asked how long will that take and she said she doesn't know. She will contact me. This is my 2nd time at the store, so I'm not sure how she's going to contact me. I asked her to take down my information. She then threatens to call the cops and speak over me instead of taking down my information to call me back? I'm not sure what customer service training this is, but it's clear in the reviews that when this woman doesn't want to be a decent human she pulls a Karen and threatens to call the cops. I asked her to call them because they she would have my information as I did nothing wrong. While she wasn't listening and trying to take customers behind, please note I waited on line and told her that she can take the next customer when she writes my info. She finally wrote it down and I have the photo above as proof. It's clear that she has no lack of care as a normal store employee would have refunded me or gave me a new bottle instead of threatening to call the cops. I will be writing to the wine company as well as finding out who the distributor is and leaving a review with the BBB and then I will be getting my money back. I'd advise folks not to shop here going forward. They have old wine stored improperly and thus shitty ass corks. The owner just called me back 2 weeks later and literally accused me of opening the bottle of wine with a knife. They didn't ask any questions. Just told me I used a knife. Do not waste your hard owned money here. I will be writing a complaint with the BBB as this establishment is racist and down right rude.

This is by far my favorite liquor store to go to. The prices are fair- some say they're expensive but I don't think so. I would seriously caution anyone ordering online from this store. I placed a pickup order for…read morearound $56 through Uber Eats. Before Uber even allowed the alcohol purchase to go through, a valid ID belonging to someone over 21 was scanned and approved, including the required selfie/identity verification. When we got to the store, the SAME valid ID that Uber had verified was physically presented to the cashier. The cashier flipped out because the name on the ID didn't match the name on my Uber Eats account and refused to give us the order. If you didn't want to serve me because the names didn't match, that's fine! I can understand a store having policies they need to follow. What I absolutely do NOT fuck with is merchants that lie. The store then told Uber that we "refused to provide ID," which is completely untrue. An ID WAS provided. The cashier looked at it and refused it specifically because the names didn't match. Saying we refused to provide identification is an entirely different story from what actually happened. Because of what the merchant told Uber, my refund was denied. So now this store kept the approximately $56 I paid AND kept all of the merchandise. I received absolutely nothing for my money. At this point, this store basically stole $56 from me. Again, if you didn't want to serve me, fine. But falsely telling Uber that we refused to provide an ID when the entire issue started because the cashier LOOKED AT THE ID and saw that the names didn't match is ridiculous. I'm posting this so other people know exactly what my experience was before placing a prepaid order here.
