Established in 1999.

In the beginning I harboured doubts about my ability to become an investor. I focused too much on what could go wrong, and I didn't trust myself despite seeing first hand my mentor's successes. This is how I know firsthand how difficult it is to start, and I certainly understand the concerns or fears that any investor has. Isn't it true that if we don't face our fears, we are only half living our lives? What is our true potential? We will never know until we try. Little did I realise that in overcoming my fear of failure that my own experiences would pave the way for others. For many investing in property, it's a step into the unknown, and like any worthwhile endeavour you may need a helping hand. One of my very first decisions was to give a name to this company.
