I'm sorry, but Candices review below has more crap in it than a paddock of cows. I commenced my professional relationship with Awesome Lending in September 2022. From the get go, Albert, Myra and Essence have been nothing more than 100% professional. My first pre approval that they secured for me fell through because of the developer...so we waited until the developer gave use another due date and we got the second pre approval done..thanks to the hard work of Awesome..that one fell through as the developer wasn't ready. So Albert and Co got to work with another pre approval and I settle tomorrow 19 May. I have had emails and phonecalls from Albert and Myra early mornings and late evenings. They will get the job done for you, and as quick as they can. All i can say is give them everything they ask for first up or it's you, not Albert holding up the process. I'm a pretty hard with my ratings and If I think people deserve crap ratings I will give it..but Albert is 5 Star . read more

at first, albert came across very professional but the whole experience was terrible. He even said to me that they did the loan based on the assumption that i had cash to settle. So pretty much, i just came to them for charity to give them money? ridiculous. at the end, i had to go to my bank and do it myself. the worst part is, a week before settlement, they let you know they couldn't do it. hence, 5k+ interest i had to pay. they plainly said sorry but not even offered to pay the interest since it was their fault. oh by the way, did i say that they actually said ok, go ahead before i signed my contract? save yourself time and go somewhere else. they dont reply your email and treat you like a number! what was with i was sick for a week got to do with my loan? you called their 1300, noone replied and always went to Rebecca 's voicemail . if i could give zero rating, i would have read more

I'd love for you to include a customer testimonial on my service to you or any other feedback. Great testimonials help promote my service and may be published on my website using your first name only. Rebecca was a great help to me when I needed to secure a loan for my first Investment Property. I wasn't really sure of what to expect or even if it would be possible. Rebecca took all the worry out of the process and always kept me informed at every step of the way. Whenever I was unsure of anything (which happened a lot! Sorry Rebecca!) My husband and I had tried to buy our first home for 10 years we had approached 3 other brokers with different companies and had not received and help at all. One told me they could not help but provided no other advice and two after receiving all our personal information never got back to me not even so much as an email explaining why they could not help us. I sent Rebecca an email asking her to just look at our situation and she told us the steps we needed to take to achieve our dream. The Team at Awesome Lending Solutions are simply just that awesome. Earlier this week I walked in, spoke to albert, the same as the other young lady did, he was completely professional and I ended up getting my money a few days ago. I will definitely go back because of the amazing service and speed that they work at. Elisa was a great client manager. I was offered drinks, snacks and all those goodies. Even though I didn't walk out with the money I needed, they worked so hard. I didn't get the money because I didn't qualify but the service is incredibly amazing. Not once did I feel pushed to give any information like most other lenders. read more
