There's not much you can say about a bank. Everyone hates them. Especially when you have to actually enter a branch. As much as I hate banks, I can't really fault this branch. Although it is located on Concord's busy, Majors Bay Rd, the line-up is usually acceptable, and moves fast (fast for a bank, anyway). The customer-service is attentive and helpful. In fact, whenever I've entered the branch there has always been someone there to greet me and ask if they can help in any way. There's a pretty comfy waiting area if you need it, and the large size of the branch ensures you never feel uncomfortable, even when standing in line.
