We can't say enough great things about Eric and Courtney at McCarson/Benz. My husband and I had a deep emotional investment in selling the home we built and lived in for 10 years, so finding a team that truly cared--and could find the right buyer for our unique home--meant everything to us. Eric and Courtney were not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Burbank market, but they were also spot-on with their advice and guidance every step of the way. They made the entire process feel easy, were always flexible and available, and consistently got us answers quickly. They even talked us off the ledge a few times when things felt overwhelming. We truly couldn't recommend McCarson/Benz more. Thank you, Eric and Courtney! read more

In such a competitive and unpredictable market, my husband and I honestly didn't think we'd find a home we loved, let alone in just 1 month! And as first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Eric! He was incredibly diligent, proactive, and reassuring every step of the way! From day one, Eric truly went above and beyond. He toured multiple homes with us across all LA County, gave us honest and thoughtful feedback when something didn't feel right, and reminded us to stay hopeful that the right place was out there. And he was right! Once we were in escrow, Eric checked in with us every single day - answering questions, giving updates, and making sure we felt confident and cared for throughout the entire process. He made something that could've felt overwhelming into a truly enjoyable experience! He also connected us with an amazing team (from our lender to the physical and sewer inspectors) each one just as thorough and trustworthy as he is. When it came time to negotiate, Eric strongly advocated for us and we secured nearly everything we asked for in the deal! Eric is professional, experienced, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. We're beyond grateful for everything he did for us, and we absolutely love our new, cozy home! THANK YOU, Eric and team! read more

My wife and i just closed on our second property with Courtney and once again, we could not be happier with our experience. Unlike many other realtors who we've talked to previously, Courtney actually cared about our needs. She has always had our best interest in mind and not rushed us to make any decisions. Courtney knows and understands the market very well, and advises with 100% accuracy. I think what we like the most about working with her is that her communication is amazing and that she is very clear about everything. Her network is fantastic too! She guided us to the right people whenever we were in need of inspectors, loan officers, etc. When talking with her it feels more like talking to a friend who's got your back rather than someone trying to make a dollar of off you. We have and will keep recommend Courtney to anyone in need of a realtor. She is a vital part to our real estate team and can be to yours too! read more

Courtney McCarson had helped my partner and I buy our first home. We were so overwhelmed and intimidated by whole process, but she was professional and resourceful. She guided us through each step and responded to all our questions and concerns no matter how silly they now seem to be. Courtney was able to help give additional information on our interested listings which made it easier to decide whether we take the time to look at the properties, since my partner and I have different work schedules. She was never late to any of our scheduled days to view houses and was very professional with seller agents when we had questions regarding the property. When our offer was accepted, Courtney made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained the documents needed and what steps we would take next (it was our first house and we had A LOT of questions reading those documents). Using DocuSign was also a lifesaver! As a nurse, I'll have long days and weird schedules so being able to sign documents any time made the process less stressful. I had such a good experience working with her that I always highly recommend her to my coworkers or friends! read more

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney in both selling our home and finding a new one. She made the transition as smooth as can be and we always felt she had our best interest at the forefront. We bought our first home with the help of Fogg associate, Courtney (McCarson) Hall. Over the course of 4 months, Courtney was with us every step of the way. She showed us multiple properties (and helped us place multiple bids) across Los Angeles whenever it was convenient for us. Courtney was available Monday through Sunday, morning, noon and night. Didn't matter. She was always there to answer our questions and concerns in a calm, informed manner. And if there was something she didn't have an answer to, she got back to us immediately. When one of our bids was finally accepted, Courtney was (yet again) there for us every step of the way. From negotiations, to home inspections, to escrow, Courtney was on our side and had our best interests in mind. After receiving the inspection report, we asked the seller to make several repairs to the property and Courtney worked tirelessly to see those through. And everything was completed exactly as requested. A week after the close of escrow, the new garage door that the seller installed stopped working. Courtney tried to get the seller to fix it, but received radio silence. So her team at the Fogg Group graciously stepped in and offered to fix it at no cost to us. These are the type of folks I want to do business with and I'm confident you will, too. read more

I feel lucky to have had Courtney to guide me through the process of my first home purchase. I'm extremely picky, so her patience was invaluable in my 18+ month search and multiple offers. She knows the market, makes great recommendations, and helped me feel comfortable with the purchase, which was a true lifesaver in 2020. My winning offer was in a pool of 25+ other bids; Courtney counseled me through multiple counter offers and made the whole thing seem easy. She is diligent, assertive without being aggressive, and always brings a friendly professionalism that makes everything seem to run smoothly. Truly a gem! read more

I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Courtney. As corny as this may sound, my wife and I really felt like Courtney "got us." From the outset, she made a concerted effort to truly understand what we were looking for in a home. Courtney never tried to steer us toward something that didn't fit our taste and never made us feel like she was just making a sale. She was a friend and partner throughout the entire process. Once we moved into the contracting stage, Courtney's smarts and diligence made for a steady hand at the wheel. She proved to be an excellent consigliere when it came to negotiations. And whenever we needed help finding contractors or other experts, she always seemed to connect us with the right people. Courtney brings warmth and humor to a process that can be unendingly stressful. Couple that with her expertise and you basically have the perfect real estate agent. read more

I'm so grateful that I had Courtney to guide me through the home buying process! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was fantastic about explaining things to me and helping me focus on the right things. She was very patient with me as we navigated a crazy market for over 8 months. And even now after I've purchased she has continued to be available to answer any questions I have. I appreciated her unfailing optimism even when I felt discouraged about ever finding the right home. I had been turned off by a lot of "LA realtors" who were all about image and flash. Courtney was relatable and personable which was so important. Another huge bonus for me was that she has previous experience with other people who work in the entertainment industry so she had a good understanding of my schedule, employment history and demands on my time. I have already recommended Courtney and will continue to do so! read more
