What could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming situation was made so much easier because of Alexia's kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. She immediately stepped in, helped arrange a taxi for us, and facilitated our transportation all the way back to the resort. She made sure we were taken care of and didn't leave us trying to figure everything out on our own. Her level of customer service was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. It is rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares this much about the people they are helping, especially in an unexpected situation like this. Alexia turned a very difficult moment into a much more manageable experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Alexia is an incredible asset to Casago, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. Thank you so much, Alexia, for your kindness, compassion, and for going above and beyond for our family. We truly appreciate you!

The automated system gave nonsense answers. There was old food in oven, a broken chair upstairs and the fan intended to cool the area was not working right. Made loud clanking noise in spite of my efforts to locate the manager to report issues and request a late check out, I never saw a person once the cleaning lady left When someone from Expedia or Verbo finally was able to get a response to my request for a late check out due to their delay when we checked in, the company refused my request. I have had better service at a Motel 6 and did not pay over $1,000 per night. I wish I had researched this company prior to renting. I have now found that sites like Yelp and Reddit show poor reviews regarding maintenance, cleanliness, frustrating communications and broken items. Check it out, and believe what you read! My husband and I are very impressed with the customer service and the quality homes they offer and are looking forward to doing more business with them in the future when we are ready to move into a new home for our young family. Since they also do commercial properties, my husband has plans to have them find a new office for his own company when he expands just a bit more. We love to support local businesses when we can so we are happy to know there is a locally-owned business that we can look to and trust to help us with all of our real estate needs as time goes by.

I tried to manage the property from out of state, when the responsibilities became too much, I was able to hire Ronit to manage it for a very reasonable monthly fee. Ronit and Karen helped my husband and me with the purchase of a property in the Coronado historic neighborhood in central Phoenix. The search and negotiation were challenging, and they were up to the task. Ronit also was our agent on the sale of our investment property. We received a cash offer above asking, with no inspections or contingencies. The sale was painless and very profitable. I highly recommend Ronit, Karen, and the Urman team. They offer concierge level service and I will continue to invest in real estate with the Urman's as my trusted advisors.

Alex, who works in the maintenance department, spent over an hour with me helping me repair things and make an extra effort to replace some much needed fix ups. We had done extensive research into places that…read moremet our high standards and also places that offered various flexible options for leasing terms. I spoke with Ken on the phone he was fantastic and also we met up with Sara in person later that day. Both representatives at this location were very enthusiastic about the community. But why am I giving this 3 starts out of 5? Well while the staff were fantastic, the website/IT system running the apartment leases is less so. Remember I said we did extensive research into places that offered flexible leasing terms? Well, right on their website it allows you to choose pretty much any leasing term from 3-12 months and even submit an application. That seems pretty flexible doesn't it? After we spent a full hour with Sara touring the properties, picking out which buildings and locations appealed to us most, we were informed only 11 and 12 month leasing terms were available. We asked if there might me any other units that might have lower leasing terms, we were advised this was not the case. We were also advised that the site is deceiving because it does allow you to choose lower terms and submit it, but then when they receive the request in office they have to reach out to the potential tenant to advise they can't do that term. We wasted not only our time, but the staff's time at the location because of terrible website feature that needs to be fixed. Not only did we feel robbed of our time, but of a place we thought was going to work out. Bottom line, staff and facilities are beautiful, but the whole leasing structure is terrible. Don't waste your time unless you're in it for the long haul (12 months plus).

During the tour, I inquired about the typical duration of the application process. While no specific timeframe was provided, staff mentioned instances where applications had been processed within two days. I submitted my application on June 13, 2026, with the expectation of a move-in date of June 19, 2026. However, my application was not processed and completed until June 22, 2026, which is an unusually extended period for an applicant with an exceptional credit score (above 800), no rental references to verify (as I was a homeowner at the time of application), and a long-standing history with the same employer earning a six-figure salary.Upon moving in, I discovered numerous dead insects in my apartment. It was apparent that the unit had been exterminated prior to my move-in, but no cleaning efforts were made. Despite applying for the lease on June 13, 2026, and having ample time to clean (as my lease did not commence until June 23, 2026), the unit was never cleaned after the extermination. I documented the presence of dozens of deceased insects during my move-in inspection, but management did not take any action, offering no apology or acknowledgment of the units unsanitary condition.A week after moving in, my name was still not listed in the directory, the code I was provided for visitor access was ineffective, and the transponder for the gate was malfunctioning. Those issues were resolved. Recently, I discovered that the mail key I was given was also non-functional, and my email correspondence regarding this matter went unanswered. Additionally, four out of the five phone calls I made regarding the issue were not returned.Nearly one month after moving in, I still lack a functional mailbox key and have been unable to access my mail for more than a complete month. I did submit two work orders that were handled promptly by a very professional handyman, and that was definitely a plus, but overall, I am completely floored at how an apartment community that uses the labels like "luxury" and "exceptional customer service" can be so flippant and non responsive. I will not renew my lease at the end of the leasing term.
