They either didn't have the tire in stock or couldn't/wouldn't change a C class RV tire. Bought the tire from an establishment in Lake St Louis, Plaza Tires on Saturday. An employee at Camping World had mistakenly said they could put it on. Called Tires Unlimited 1 hour before they closed and they said come on we can do it. Took us 30 minutes to get there. They got us jacked up, tire changed and on our way in under an hour. The place is not fancy but who cares! Since we brought our own tire, I can't speak on their stock. No frills fast service and great price! I recommend them!!

I told the young man that my tire was leaking based on the alert on my dashboard. He offered me a seat and went about checking the tires. He said they would find the problem and let me know. A little later he advised that my tire had a metal shard in it and they were able to fix it. I asked the cost and he said, "No charge." If they are able to fix the tire, they don't charge; they only ask that you patronize them the next time you need tires. I was escorted to my car which was delivered near the entrance and drove home completely satisfied with this encounter. What a great business model.

I pulled up and parked, and they quickly met me outside and walked me in and greeted me by name when I walked in the door, very friendly and very helpful! They're very quick, fast and informative. I appreciate the service. They also give you text updates on your vehicle as you're waiting so you know what's going on. While I was there, there was a family with an RV that was getting a new tire. They were from out of town and asked if they could plug in their RV in the back of the building. Otherwise they were gonna have to completely empty out the refrigerator so their food didn't spoil. The manager quickly told them they. I'll plug in and walked him back to help him get set up. They go above and beyond and I appreciate that. It appears they're opening a lot more stores so they seem to be very close to wherever you live in the St. Louis area, which is convenient. You can make your appointments online and pick the time and date you want very flexible. When I purchased my tires in February, I had prepared financing ahead of time purchased them online made my appointment went in quickly installed, and was out the door. The tire rotations are just as quick. I think the only thing that they could improve upon is they need an app. If you need tires or service, give them a try !

We have a motorhome RV, and while parked at an RV park near Moscow MIlls , MO, we developed a flat…read moretire. We called our regular roadside service company through our insurance and the company they called said they could only install a spare tire, or tow us to a tire shop, and when they found it was a motorhome they were not interested in the business. We called another shop that specialized in truck tires and they said they would be there in an hour, but four hours later they had never showed up. I called several other facilities who either told us that our vehicle was too big to service (they worked on cars and pickups) or it was too small to service (when I called a semi truck tire shop). Our RV is a Ford F53 truck chassis on which many smaller commercial trucks are built. After several other calls, with the day slipping away, I called Warrenton Tire and Muffler on the advice of a local Missouri RV dealer. Even though we were 40+ miles from them, they said they'd be there in 45 minutes--I was skeptical after my earlier experience, but they were there in 43 minutes (I kept track). The service person they sent--I wish I'd gotten his name--was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. While he was there he checked the other five tires on our RV which was a good thing because he found another tire dangerously low on pressure. The price they charged me for all that was MUCH LESS than I expected for them having come so far to provide service. Having problems on the road is stressful enough, not knowing who to call, and having several other businesses say they were not interested in my patronage. Warrenton Tire and Muffler relieved all that stress, with friendly, extremely professional service. I will recommend them to anyone in the area!

My daughter had her car in for tires and the young man working on it let her know the back brakes were paper thin which he thought unusual due to the low mileage on a 2 year old car. She made the appointment and come to find out on a VW you need a special scanner to do the back brakes. They tried for over an hour to remedy this but when they couldn't they didn't even charge for the labor. These are honest and trustworthy folks! Don't let the old school building fool you.
