I had an alignment check on my grandson's car after buying five tires. The alignment check was…read morethrown in because we bought four more tires at once so I thought that was a good deal. I thought it was an alignment not just an alignment check. I do want to note that I have bought tires from this place for the last 10 years on different vehicles and I have always been satisfied with the tires quality and cost. at this time, however, I am not satisfied at all. The tires are wonderful as expected. Going in the tires were very bare and there was a bubble on one and so it was a slow unsafe drive to get there. It was pulling to the right and I had a wobble in the back because there was a pretty substantial bubble. It was a used car I had just purchased for my grandson. My grandson was so excited driving back home. He showed me look grandma. He very carefully took his hands off the wheel while holding them close and showed me that the car was tracking on the road really well and following it and so I wasn't sure if we really needed the alignment but I thought well. An alignment is always a good thing to check. The ride was really smooth and wonderfully. So we're going for the day of the alignment you have to schedule that and if you don't schedule it, they don't worry about it, which was a red flag. It says it's provided with the purchase and they know you've got all these so you would think they would schedule the alignment and the tires being put on together.... but no, you have to actually ask for it or you don't get it. OK so we asked for it and had to schedule it for another day so we came back a few days later during which time my grandson had been thrilled that the car was driving so well. So yesterday we got the alignment check and discovered it was just a check, not an alignment . And then the guy called my brother and my grandson back to explain what was wrong with the car and what he found in the alignment and that it probably would drive OK but that if we had any issues with it, we should bring it back in to be fixed. So we left and just beginning stages. My grandson was concerned and tells me grandma something is wrong and I asked him what he says it feels like the wind is buffering the car, don't you feel the slight wobble? And he lightly let loose of the wheel and it started turning to the right And I'm like what the heck? So we had to go to visit a friend later yesterday and the whole drive, we both realize that something was wrong. he has to pay attention to the wheel and it only goes straight if the wheel slightly turned and there is a slight wobble and it pulls to the right. So why all of a sudden is the acting like it's out of alignment when it was driving so perfectly the last few days after getting the tires? I honestly feel like the man did something to the car to make it need to be fixed. Can I prove it? No, but I certainly feel like that's what happened and while I will go to Mike's Tires for tires, I don't think I'll ever go there again for any kind of mechanical work or alignment and now I feel like I'm gonna have to figure out Where some places besides them that does alignments because now the car needs an alignment where before it was fine

After my first oil change here I smelled oil for approximately a week. Went to check oil to find…read morethat they left my oil cap off and all my oil was practically gone from vehicle. If you know even anything about vehicles you know this can be very bad especially in the amount of driving I had been doing. They reviewed details and came to check my vehicle themselves and simply topped off the missing oil and offered a free oil change in future. Not once offering to have my car checked over by another shop just expecting me to take there word and hope my engine isn't done for. Which with how low oil was could have caused damage. Giving this business the benefit of the doubt I return for my free oil change.... To once again have an issue. They used an impact drill on my drain bolt and stripped it potentially causing damage to oil pan. Owner told me I was wrong and came at me aggressively in messages instead of reviewing the facts. Not to mention my tires were never rotated either which was apart of my oil change. I simply told them to let them know. I'm not looking for free stuff and frankly don't want them with in 6 feet of my car. The customer service from Shane was great he was very friendly I will say that. I'm sure others have had positive experience but I flat out have not what so ever.
