I have been to 5 podiatrist in Kitsap and Pierce counties over 10 years and none of them have taken care of my feet as well as Dr. McAlexander. I was lucky enough to get him when I was in the hospital with a foot wound. Not only did he continue to care for me till this wound healed but at each visit he still looks at both of my feet, taught me how I should be walking to save my hip and his nurse clips my nails a rubs lotion on the dryness. It never occurred to me when I went to my other podiatrist only 2 out of the 5 ever looked at my feet!! Let alone do anything to them. Regardless you're in good hands with Dr McAlexander and his staff. The front desk is real good and his nursing staff are kind and competent. As far as im concerned this doctor is blessed. read more

I saw Dr. McAlexander this morning and I am a very happy Patient! First of all, he took his time with me and was extremely thorough. Over the last couple of weeks, I have seen two doctors ( one family physician and an urgent care PA). The first doctor spent all of four minutes with me, threw out a bogus diagnosis and sent me on my way. The urgent care doctor was kind and tried, I will give him credit, but again, no true reason as to why I was in pain. Dr. McAlexander got to the root of my issue and really explained in detail what was happening and why. He explained in layman terms and I was able to fully understand what is wrong and how we are going to fix it. I could not be any more pleased with the care I received. His staff are all caring and considerate and I immediately felt cared for and that I mattered. I highly recommend this office if you are struggling and not getting answers! Dr. McAlexander is extremely knowledgeable and professional and you can tell he really enjoys what he does and that his patients being pain free is important to him. Dr McAlexander saved my foot. I got a cat bite which abscess. I lost 90% of my tendon. The doctor did the surgery and after care. He did a Placenta graph to close the wound which healed nicely. I live 23 miles from his office I wouldn't go anywhere else. His office is very efficient I don't have to wait. I received excellent care. read more

a coworker took her daughter to this clinic for a routine in grown toenail - she came home more infected than before. went for a follow up and had lab work done. doctor prescribed an opioid and MRSA antibiotic. her condition continued to worsen. she went to the ER the following day, x-ray and lab work done at the ER. turns out she has a staph infection. this doctor is grossly incompetent and put my coworkers daughter's life at risk. do not come here. read more
