My main contact, Joe Pascua, has been completely unresponsive and constantly procrastinating on the project. At first, they claimed they couldn't start until they received more information once they got it, they added another four weeks to the schedule. After I submitted payment, communication became sparse and inconsistent. Joe repeatedly promised updates and completion dates that never materialized. This ongoing lack of communication and follow-through has cost me hundreds of dollars per day in delays, and continues as I have yet to receive the finished permit-ready drawings. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company they do not deliver on their commitments or communicate in a timely manner. If you don't have money to waste stay away.

Some of that work was duplicated in my house, which was helpful. Every step was excellent. From initial consultation, design (plus follow-up changes), demo, install, and completion/cleanup. The best part? Only a tad over six weeks to do the work!! That timeline is among the many reasons to consider Seismic. Most firms outsource - 'sub out,' if you will. All those subcontractors may well be excellent. But any delay for their work hits your calendar. Rocky and his team handle just about everything in-house. Which really speeds up the process without impacting quality. Suffice to say, when I have another need that Rocky and his team can handle I'll be calling him first.

I had Seismic Northwest install a reinforcing beam, drywall work, and electrical. They did a great…read morejob with the beam and the drywall work, the electrical was another matter. Long story short, I requested that all of the new connections be made in boxes that were accessible, such that if there is ever an issue, the connection points are easily discoverable and accessible. Despite the communication, the net result was that they left 2 hidden connections in the ceiling, and what's worse, they used 14 gauge wire on a 20 amp circuit. While communicating about the boxes etc, they were not honest on 2 different occasions; once where I had to push back for them to expose a connection that was hidden, and another time when I discovered the hidden connections they created in order to expose a connection in box. I had another electrician come out to fix the issues after I discovered the hidden connections and 14 gauge wire. Now, for what is worth, I don't know how much the issue stemmed from Rocky or the crew he had on the job. If they just did the structural work and the drywall, I'd easily give them 5 stars, but because of the unfortunate experience with their electrical work, I had to bring it down to 2 stars. If they just did electrical, I would have easily given then 1.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Went into the store and found the item empty on the shelf. Looked around found an associate Zach, asked him if there were any in backstock because they are not on the shelf. He said no. I was in disbelief that they'd be sold out of 40+ lawn mowers within an hour. Went to customer service and spoke to Ashley who called the same associate over and she asked him about the product and he shook his head in response and walked off. She told me they were out, I pulled it up online and showed her. How could you be out if it says you have 40+ and I called you guys not even an hour ago? She responded by saying I don't know. I took it upon myself to go look for my item. I read the UPC and looked right above me and found it literally right above plus across from it was a whole other pallet. How could Zach miss this? I go back to customer service and said I found my item. Can someone please bring it down? They called mike who at the time I didn't know what the SM. He says to me, I don't know if we can get it down. I'm thinking to myself why not? But I didn't say anything as he made a call. Zach returns with a machine that lifts him to the top shelf and I'm thinking great he's helping us finally! But sadly I was mistaken. He grabs another customers lawn mower who was twice as big as the cheap small one we picked. He brings it down and I'm thinking ok he's going to grab ours next! It's literally right next to the one he grabbed for another customer. But he didn't.. he came down looked at us and walked off. At this point I'm wondering what's going on? Why doesn't anyone want to help us? Is it because I'm wearing a gay pride lanyard?? I really don't understand we were polite to Zach. And it wasn't a matter of being lazy because he got a bigger box down for another customer. It really doesn't make sense. I found mike down another aisle and said hey Zach got down another customers lawn mower but didn't get ours. Can you please grab it for us? He goes and grabs it. And I ask him whose your store manager, is he here? He said I am the store manager and I know I will handle it. I'm not very good with words. Okay? But how about an apology for your employees actions? We weren't disrespectful you could carry what we wanted with one arm. Only thing I can think of is our appearance with all these protesting going on which is really sad. I've never felt so irrelevant in my life. Waited over 45mins for this lawn mower. Then the cherry on top is going to customer service and waiting for Ashley and Emily to finish their gossiping before acknowledging us and ringing us up. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. My purchase didn't matter, maybe too small? Who knows. Never have I felt so disregarded. I recommend everyone getting retrained on their customer service skills.
