Where do I even begin ? Dr. Gire and his entire team are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they also take the time to explain every step of the process, answer questions with patience, and ensure that all patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. One thing that truly stood out to me was how understanding and accommodating the entire team was of my schedule. As someone balancing a full-time career while attending graduate school, finding appointment times was not always easy. They consistently worked with my schedule and went above and beyond to make sure I could stay on track with my treatment. That level of flexibility and consideration meant so much to me and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly manageable. Every member of the office is kind, professional, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible experience. They create such a welcoming and inclusive environment, and it is clear that they truly care about their patients and the community, not just their smiles, but their overall experience as well. I am beyond grateful for all of the guidance, care, encouragement, and support I received throughout my entire orthodontic journey. I absolutely love my results, but what I will remember most is the compassion, dedication, and genuine kindness that Dr. Gire and the team showed every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Gire and your wonderful team, for making my orthodontic journey such a positive and memorable experience. I am truly grateful for your care, guidance every step of the way. Thank you for all that you do each and every day to help your patients smile with confidence.I cannot recommend your practice highly enough!

My treatment ultimately extended to approximately four years. Despite this extended treatment time, the original concerns were still not fully resolved at the end of care. The decision to stay with Dr. Lili & Associates resulted in significant additional time, and stress. While I had previous positive impressions from earlier visits at a different location years ago, my recent experience did not meet those expectations. I ultimately felt the treatment plan was not well aligned with the complexity--or simplicity--of my case.

When his Yelp page recently appeared on my feed, I felt compelled to share what an outstanding orthodontist he is. My teeth were horrible. I grew up with two sets of teeth on my lower front jaw, and Dr. Mayer truly performed a miracle -- aligning my smile without removing a single tooth. At the time, I was teased both for wearing the "old-fashioned" style of braces and for having two sets of teeth, but Dr. Mayer's skill and compassion completely changed that experience. What stands out most is how genuinely caring he was. He not only corrected my smile but also gave me the confidence to ignore the teasing and feel proud of my appearance. Even now, decades later, I still receive compliments on my smile -- a lasting testament to his incredible work. Thank you, Dr. Mayer and team, for changing my life.

However, I do want to speak to the service we received form the person who gave us the estimate for the braces (we'll call her "Patty" even though I know that is not her name). After, not only calling and asking whether braces were covered under my insurance prior to our visit, I also gave "Patty" my children's father's insurance information. She let me know that they would be using my insurance because I was born before their father and who knows what else. I was fine with it. Patty showed me the write up of the estimate and even though insurance was supposedly added to the calculation, the monthly payment seemed too high. We had previously been to a couple of other orthodontists offices prior to having insurance coverage and the amount total price for braces given to us by "Patty" was pretty much the same. I just did not understand how that was the case. I even asked "Patty" if that included whatever the insurance covered and she said YES! I think because I agreed to having the boys get their braces while we were sitting there, she thought I was just going to sign up without questioning her about the insurance again. Something didn't feel right, so I told her I would be shopping around because I knew I could get a better deal elsewhere. We walked out of the office thinking I would just call other offices to get more quotes. When we got home, I looked over the estimates that she had given me and lo and behold, she DID NOT include the insurance coverage. Also, I went on my insurance's website and the office does not show up which means that my insurance does not cover. I would have hoped that when I called, the receptionist would have let me know that they did not accept my insurance. And even if she didn't, and we had gone through with this appointment, I would have hoped that "Patty" would have been honest and told us that the receptionist made a mistake and that my insurance didn't cover but that the total cash amount was xxxxx. Not only am I not taking my children there because they do not take insurance. Even if they did take my insurance, that place seems super shady. I'm sure this gal works off commission or something but deceiving people isn't good for business in the long run. I'm not advising not to go to this office but I would advise to make sure you read everything before you sign it because you obviously cannot trust this lady.
